I think the day we visited for the beginning of lunch service there was only one employee working. Our appetizer came out in a fairly timely manner. No complaints. It was good. BLT quesadilla. But our lunch took quite a bit of time. It was chicken wings, nothing fancy. However it was good, just waited longer than it should have taken I feel. The waitress was a little distracted. I honestly think she was bartending, waitressing and cooking all by herself. So kudos to her but service was lacking. Maybe the owner of this franchise should consider hiring more help? Or hire someone that wants to work. Be warned it may take longer than expected. Don't go if you're terribly hungry!

Walked in on a Friday night at 9:45pm. Sticker on door and online says 11pm. Waitress looks at us and says she’s closing at 10pm. We were instantly uncomfortable and seemed like a burden so we walked out and left. Don’t advertise that you’re open until a certain time and then look at us like we’re crazy and say we’re closed at 10.

If I could give zero stars I would, unfortunately me and some ladies decided to come here for dinner. And the place was completely empty. We thought since it was empty we would have gotten fast service boy was I wrong. We sat there and no one was even around so we had to leave. No one came up to us and we just kept hearing strange noises in the back room.

Pam was great! She has awesome control over the restaurant and is able to multitask like a pro. I got the churrasco steak with chimichurri. The steak was $20 but definitely on the low quality scale. Chewy, not the best flavor. The chimichurri is not made authentically and taste like limes and parsley which is way off the flavor I was expecting. Might as well have just used A1. The onion rings were not fresh and seemed overcooked. The key lime pie was fresh and extremely rich. Overall, okay but wouldn’t get the steak again for sure.

Don't know where hurricanes gets their chicken tenders. But they are the best ever. I bought 100 for a gathering. Everyone was asking where I got them and they were hot and ready, Definitely. Will do it again at this location kitterman and US1 PSL FL

The food is truly awesome. Best burger I've had in a long time. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Update Date night with wife. Chef did an amazing job again on my burger and the wife's fish.
