I used to love Hibachi Express a few years ago because they gave generous portions of rice, chicken, and steak, and the food was always great. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. I recently ordered extra chicken, steak, and rice so I could have leftovers for another day. They assured me they could do it, but when I picked up my order, there was no extra food—yet they still charged me for it. When I asked about it, they told me they don’t even offer extra portions, which makes no sense considering they agreed to it in the first place. On top of that, the portions were way smaller than before, which is crazy for the price they charge. To make things worse, the rice was hard, like it had been sitting out for a while. I honestly think they gave me old food. The quality has gone way downhill, and for what they’re charging, it’s just not worth it.Overall, I’m really disappointed and frustrated. I won’t be eating here again. On top of that I have been feeling sick since I've ate their food.

First time and last time there was a hair in the shrimp so disgusting!!!!!! The taste a smell everything I as so off don’t waste your time everything was saggy n nasty. 39.00 wasted on 3 nasty plates of food

The food was not cooked on the hibachi, That should’ve been my first sign the hibachi was not even on or smell like it was on. The chicken taste like it was boiled the rice was not fried and the vegetables were over cooked and soggy. What a bad experience. Take out food is getting worse and worse but they want you to pay the high price for it, I don’t mind spending the money if the food is good.

Prices are great and the portions are generous. Got the Sushi and it was fresh and delicous. The Hibachi I saw that other patrons were eating looked very good as well. They have a large variety of different rolls. I will have to try some the next time.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I hate leaving bad reviews and try not to. But this place was beyond disgusting. Not only is the sushi just horrible, the place itself is nasty. The rolls were so poorly made that they just completely apart when I grabbed them. Inside, nobody wore masks and a youg girl kept playing with her hair and face right by the open food at the "sushi bar." Let's start from the beginning, called to order pickup.. I asked if they could do a dancing eel roll and explained its just eel slices on top of a California roll and that I don't mind paying extra. The young girl said yes they can do that. Now when I walked in, the place reeked of mold and was incredibly hot. Like very hot. The girl said hold on my boss wants to as you something. No problem. She comes out and asks for clarification on the eel on the California roll and then said it would be $12.50 extra. I just wanted my food so I said that's fine. But I said if you already made the California roll, don't worry about it. She said no, she didn't make it because she was waiting to ask me. So she grabs the box that had my spicy salmon roll and set it aside and starts making the other. Now the young girl had opened the box and I saw two rolls in there... She brings out the roll she was making and it is just rice with slices of eel. I said its supposed to be on top of a California roll. She then got mad at me and said no. She's not doing that. She gave me the bagwith two boxes. When I opened the other box there was the spicy salmon roll.... with a California roll covered in eel sauce without the eel. I just left. I tried to eat it but ended up throwing it away because it was awful!! Save yourself a waste of time and money and go somewhere else.

By far the best hibachi take out between from Palm Beach to treasure Coast. Huge portion for the price. I've had steak and shrimp hibachi close to a dozen times and haven't been disappointed at all.

I was disappointed with my steak hibachi lunch. The portion was large but I think I was given old food. There was a seafood smell even though my food was not a seafood dish. I was given 3 broccoli. That was the only hibachi vegetables in the dish. The food had a weird taste. The soup wasn’t bad. I didn’t finish my meal.

If I could give a review of zero stars, I would. The food was really gross and delivered without utensils. The salad was hardly a salad. It was chopped up lettuce. The “Teriyaki Chicken” did not look or taste anything like teriyaki. In fact, it was dry and mostly flavorless. The “friend rice” was not cooked/made well at all. I definitely want my money back for this! Would not recommend AT ALL!!!
