Casa Vincenzo Ristorante

It’s the little details like hand painted salt and pepper shakers, that first capture your delight. From the bread and EVOO infused with herbs to the tartufo dessert, everything was delicious and the service was great. The menu was varied with a lot of traditional Italian plates to choose from. We are delighted to find a wonderful Italian restaurant in our area that is reasonable in pricing. I do hope they figure out what to do with people who are waiting however, because there is no room at the hostess desk and when it’s cold, people stand in an open doorway. This is no fun for the diners in that area.

I am in Port St. Lucie about once a month and I always eat here! The restaurant is a beautiful space. The staff is always very welcoming! The menu is fantastic and they have all the Italian classics to pick from. I have never had a bad meal here. I am a big fan of the food. I highly recommend giving Casa Vincenzo a try!

From the moment we walked in, Ana and Vincenzo made us feel like part of their family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Ariel, our server, was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and provided the best service we’ve ever received. The food was just as exceptional as the service. My wife had the chicken piccata, which she described as the best she’s ever had. I ordered the lamb, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. Every bite was a delight! I was extremely disappointed with my recent dining experience. Despite having a 7:00 reservation, we weren’t seated until almost 7:50, and we had to wait outside with no acknowledgment from the staff unless we checked in repeatedly. Our waiter was friendly but only offered a “call me when you need something” approach, leaving us to ask for our drinks after a 15-minute wait. Beyond the service issues, the restaurant’s atmosphere was far from upscale. The acoustics were abysmal—with no sound treatment at all, you’re likely to leave with a headache. A tacky TV screen played a five-minute loop of Mediterranean scenes on repeat, which only added to the overall lackluster vibe. The beer selection was underwhelming, and there was no full bar available. I was also disappointed to find that a creamy pasta dish was missing from the menu—a dish I had been looking forward to. Even the restroom facilities, with only one stall available at a time, underscored the overall inadequacy of the dining experience. While the food itself was decent, the combination of long wait times, poor service, and an uninviting atmosphere made it clear that this establishment falls far short of the upscale dining experience it purports to offer. I won’t be returning.

Our nex family adventure take us to Casa Vincenzo located in port saint lucie inside Veranda Falls a very authentic and traditional Italian family restaurant an unforgettable and exquisite experience. The restaurant is located in the perfect place with a waterfall in front with the constant sound of water breaking on the stones which makes waiting for your reservation more pleasant. The very cozy decoration together with a calm and relaxing atmosphere where the background music transports you to the country of which this millenary cuisine with many years of tradition is from. We had the privilege of meeting the owner Vicencio, a person who caught my attention since I arrived since he did not stop working serving customers to ensure that everything works, our waiter Esteban, apart from being young, has a special talent for working with customers very professional and friendly makes you feel like you are at home dining and not in a restaurant. The food was unexpected, each dish we ordered had a different flavor and the desserts also broke my expectations. It cannot be explained only if you visit the place you will be able to feel what it is like to eat authentic traditional Italian food.
