Bonefish Mac's Sports Grille

Really nice spot off Becker road. Sat outside on a beautiful Saturday night. Place was very busy. Only had about a 5-10 minute wait. Server was nice but she seemed stressed and had tables that really weren’t that close together. Lobster bisque was great as was the Ceasar salad. Drinks could’ve been topped off a little more frequently but I would def return again.

Ordered a prime rib special. Asked for it to be cooked to a medium temp and was over cooked. When I said something to the server she was like “ok what would you like me to do?” I asked her if I can get one Cooked to the temperature I asked. When she returned she said they were all cooked to the same as this one. She then proceeded to say she would take it off the bill. I said ok that will work. Mind you she left the plate on the table and walked away I continued to eat it. After eating almost half she comes back and was like “oh I don’t know if i misspoke but if you continue to eat it then I can’t take it off the bill.” At this point I pushed the plate aside and was like “oh you never said that.” She then walked away again left the plate. Came back with the bill and guess what I was charged for it! When I asked for the manager she said ok and walked away. Came back 10mins later and said the manager was in his office on a business call. I told her I’ll wait.

Our waitress was sweet, happy and attentive. My NE clam chowder was one of the best I’ve ever had. My wife had chili since we had salads (they were good) yesterday. My Prime Rib was Good but my wife’s was well done. The manager came apologized and took it off the bill. He said come back and it will be better “I actually believe him”. Ok we are two for two and will go back again this week for silly reasons but you get the drift. This is a great place for the food the people and atmosphere.

When he finally arrived, we expressed our concerns and frustrations, but unfortunately, he didn't seem to take them seriously. This added to our frustration and disappointment with the overall experience. I don't recommend this establishment. There is plenty of room for improvement, especially in terms of food quality and customer service.

Nice place, our server was excellent all the food we ordered was very good. The portions are good the prices are great. Can't wait to go back and try more stuff. I got the new England clam shower which was delicious and a pecan salad that could feed 3 people .my husband got the jerk jambalaya and it was pretty dang good too. Highly recommend

It was my son's 23rd birthday party. We had such an excellent server it was on the 24th of June on a Monday night around 9:30 that was about 15 of us and I felt so bad I was walking in so late but they treated us so friendly and we were definitely the last ones there and the server was just fantastic the only reason I gave a time and a date is because she will know who she is and hopefully her managers will as well. Great place to celebrate a party at or just to have a one-on-one romantic dinner

Happened to stop here while traveling the Florida Turnpike. What a great find. Sat outside neat the babbling creek, server was efficient and on time. Food was excellent. We'll be back!

Great Restaurant. Well Run establishment. Our server, Smyrna, was beyond Fantastic! Smart, Effecient, and a very pleasant demeanor. I made some alterations to a menu item and she handled it with grace! Drunken Sailor pasta was spot on. Great local beer selection. The drive from Tradition is surprisingly reasonable and well worth it to visit this great place. Kudos!
