Texas Roadhouse

I should start from that I really love this place and every time I visit the US I try to get there to have a great steaks, amazing peanuts, and a very Texas American ambience. I think in total I've been to Texas Roadhouse in different locations around 10 times or more, and I've always been very happy. In this specific location I've been on 13.02.25. Waiter was great, I've had my house salad, corn and New York Strip Traditional cut. Everything was great, I've paid for that and left. Couple days later I've noticed, that I've been charged twice. In the description of the order was the same order number and a little bit different amount withdrawn. I've tried to contact them through website. They did get back to me saying, that I have to call them(To be honest I don't know why is that for, I have two bank statements, in both you can clearly see that the order number is the same, but they were deducted on different days). Anyway, I've called them on the number they've gave me through the email. I've been waiting around 10 minutes, then phone was picked by the person, who is responsible for the orders I guess. I've explained situation, she said that she's not right person for that and asked me to wait. I was waiting another 10 minutes, then another person picked up the phone, and said that I have to talk to manager, and put me on hold again. I've been waiting for another 10 minutes, then person, who I was talking to earlier picked up the phone saying that manager is too busy and will call me back. Which he never did. I've sent them another message with all the bank statements and receipt attached. "When I pulled up the transaction, I am only seeing the one transaction on February 13th. I can escalate this to our home offices and see if they can see something I can’t. So please give me anther few days to get an answer from our corporate office." - that was their response. And then they've disappeared and never get back to me. And although I love this place, the situation is very unpleasant and I'm very unhappy, that such a big chain cannot solve problem like this. First of all, of course, how did they allow this situation to happen. And then why they cannot solve it. I'm upset with that and with them.

The place was great and outside tables you have a lake beautiful view, very relaxing and a lot of ducks. I enjoyed it. The food was great, we were there about 2 hrs, relaxing watching the view, with my sangria margarita, service excellent. **ALERT** IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO PEANUTS , DON'T GO THERE YOU COULD HAVE AN ANAPPHYLACTIC SHOCK, restaurant food is based on peanuts, starting with the butter

The place was great and outside tables you have a lake beautiful view, very relaxing and a lot of ducks. I enjoyed it. Very nice place , great attention. My plate was a mix chicken and meat and it wasn’t that great. Drinks were delicious!!!! Le daré otra opoetunidad a otra carne 🥩

This time was the second time we came here in a long time and I just remembered why we didn’t come more often, the place is amazing around but not in it’s food. Waitresses super nice, table timing short , menu is confusing but offering delicious options when you read it ! Good job menu editor. All the amusement ends when food gets to your palate, let me explain it clearly: my opinion: food must take you at the same level that the restaurant ambient, Texas Roadhouse is not like this, cheap raw ingredients for more profitable businesses (if you ask for olive oil, they will bring you rice oil for salads dressing) . Cheddar cheese, taste like void , but maybe it feels like that because the flavor was muted by the salty sautéed mushrooms side, or for the extremely sweet ribs. Anyways if you read until here is good to have the chance to give you an opportunity to improve your food experience for a family dinner. A restaurant must be about good food

It's BY FAR the best bang for the buck. The appetizer salads are chock full of everything....SO GOOD!! She had the perfectly cooked filet w/ amazing baked potato (i don't know what they do but their baked potatoes are the best), i mixed it up w/ grilled shrimp, baked potato & corn (yeah, i know it's strange) and EVERYTHING was great. Also great....................Our server Hector was a true delight. He was friendly, efficient, helpful, cheerful and thorough. If this was our first time, we'd definitely be returning because of Hector's great service and the wonderful food.

Our visit to Texas Roadhouse was a mixed bag last Friday. The prime rib wasn't cooked to our request, but the wait to receive it meant we mostly took it to go. The chili lacked the expected cooking warmth, while the bread was a comforting highlight - deliciously hot and soft. The drinks were average, and the service didn't meet the high standards we hoped for from such an establishment. Our friends had an awesome experience including the food. However, our overall experience was let down by slow service and underwhelming chili. Improvement in these areas could elevate the dining experience significantly. Debating if we will go back to give them another chance.🤔
