La Rural Argentine Steakhouse

Let me start with the place, it is beautiful. We asked to be seated outside, and the view is amazing! Unfortunately, that's the only good thing this place has. Our waiter was very nice but forgot about us our whole meal. The runner brought our plates and asked him if he could ask the waiter for some spicy sauce. It never happened until we were almost finished when another guy came out to see how we were doing, and we asked him, he did bring us the sauce. Now, the food, I ordered Filet Mignon medium well, THEY BROUGHT ME EXTRA WELL DONE!!! I was so disappointed and couldn't let the waiter know because he dissappear until we were done with our food. When we asked for the check, we noticed they included 18% gratuity, I come from NY, and I know the tip is included, but for the food and service, IT WAS NOT WORT EVEN PAYING HALF OF IT!!! I was pretty irritated but kept my cool. The whole staff concentrated on the people dining inside that they forgot we were dining outside. The only reason I give 1 star is because of the place atmosphere.

Excellent place, the food was great, the steak, Súper prime and cooked at it perfection. The service is excellent and warm but goes far and beyond if you encourage it. It is pricey, but at the end, for special occasions, it’s a perfect treat for all the daily life punches!

Barra our waitress was so kind and helpful. She made us feel welcome. This was our first time here. The food was amazing! I had the lamb and risotto- the best lamb I have ever had! Very nice Argentina wines to accompany the delicious food. We will be back!!

Great place , clean , the services was good , food is good 8/10 personally will love it if they grill on charcoal , propane burn taste sour. Any way excellent food , chimichurri bery well executed. 100% recommend i will keep trying more plates

We ordered new york steak and rib eye They were good and delicious come with aside french fries , russian potato salad or mashed potato and salad I got ceaser salad and I add salmon , this was my favorite dish there.they’re very nice but they are very slow , we waited one hour until I got my order I feel they forgot our order ,the service was not the best , they didn’t come to fill the water and they took too long to do everything .

Ordered two Ribeye meals out on the patio. We had the server take our order, and the only time we saw him after getting our food was when we paid the bill. Our drinks were empty, and we wanted desert. Never saw him, he never checked on us a single time. I couldn't believe it. I was about to walk in and ask if we could pay after sitting waiting so long neglected. I had my credit card out as a hint, another staff member saw it, and I'm pretty sure they told him since he appeared shortly after. He seemed appalled by my modest tip (about 12%), but I couldn't stuff him as that wouldn't be right, and I also couldn't tip for anything near decent service. Might very well be the worst server I have ever encountered. Crazy to say that, but it's true. Too bad, because the food was good. Dessert would have probably been as well.

Excellent food. However, our waiter was preoccupied and not easy to find. The restaurant was not busy but he was not available for all the little things that count. Bread, came out without butter. Had to ask twice and still had to wait. Water, getting a glass took some time. A missed opportunity since we were with out of town guests.
