The service was excellent and the food was good. We had to wait over thirty minutes as a party of 12, which wasn't too bad—especially since the guys got a beer and watched part of the game until we were called. It worked out well for all of us (lol). Once seated, we skipped the appetizers and put the kids' orders first. Then the rest of us chose from their varied menu. Wife and I came in on a Saturday at around 3:30. We were seated right away. Our server, Steven was great. He came over right away to take our order and was very attentive throughout our meal. We had the Root-beer glazed wings as an appetizer and they were outstanding. The wings were crispy on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside. The glaze put them over the top. We also had the Bjs Favorite deep dish pizza which was also outstanding. They have a full bar and large selection of beer. I had the BJs red draft which was very good. We would definitely eat here again if in the area.

Been here many times before. Their menu is extensive with a bit for everyone. Their beer selection is also very nice and you can even ask for samples if you are undecided in which one to order. All the food we have ordered so far has been very good. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Tipped out of respect. Everything was good except the asparagus it got returned and came out still dry. We couldn’t eat it. We decided not to say nothing after the second time….. not the kitchen fault probably the supplier. I hope they change it. Miriam was lovely. Just don’t appreciate her talking to my husband while I go to the bathroom in hopes of a tip. should learn some manners.

Her level of customer service was definitely a cut above the rest. You must ask for her when you visit. She will definitely take good care of you and I hope she is first in line for a raise. Her managers name is Charlene and I made sure I informed her about our wonderful experience at that location, Pembroke Pines Florida.

Imagine paying 20 bucks for this lol horrible service and food is mediocre at best. 20 dollars for this sandwich 50+ for the order, they forget my appetizer, and the sides. Food sucked. Never coming here again. I’ll go to Arby’s next time if I want a sandwich of this quality.

I recently visited BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse and had a fantastic experience. The highlight of my visit was definitely the Jeremiah Red beer - it was smooth and had a great aftertaste. I highly recommend trying it if you're a fan of craft beer. I also indulged in the Pizokes for dessert and they were absolutely delicious - gooey and satisfying. But what really made my experience unforgettable was our waiter Benjamin. He was hilarious and made the whole experience so much better. His attention to detail was outstanding - he really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. I can't put a price on the level of service he provided. Overall, the restaurant had a great atmosphere and friendly staff, but Benjamin definitely stood out. If you're planning a visit, be sure to request him as your waiter - he's the best!
