Texas Roadhouse

My wife refuses to eat here anymore, but the other day, I convinced her to give it another try, I figured they had to get it right at least once. Well, we both ordered steak, I got the bone in ribey, she got the NY strip. I ordered med rare, she ordered med well. For an appetizer, we received an undercooked cactus blossom. When the steak finally arrived, the waiter was there and I watched my wife cut into her vary rare steak, I immediately said "that's not med well" the waiter seemed stunned, we asked him to take it back and cook a little more, and he did. I went on to eat my steak that was half way cooked fine and the other half seemed to be over cooked. The waiter brings back my wife's steak, and it's still very undercooked, it didn't look any different from when he took it. So confused, I asked to speak to a manager, a little time goes by and I see they took her steak and onion off the bill, however the manager refused to come talk to us. I didn't ask for any food to be taken off the bill, I just wanted to speak to the manager. Needless to say, we left pretty unhappy considering the best part of our meal was the salad, and having to constantly apologize to my wife and admit she was correct . The quality of this place over the years have gone way down, and when I can get a better tasting steak from waffle house, that's pretty sad. We will not be going back to any texas road house, and I do not recommend wasting your time or money on this place.

Very nice indoor for sure ,colorful with Western decor and a little bit of sea decor . The customer service was awesome ! From the waitress up to manager Becca. My favorite..... omg, the fresh bread and salted roasted peanut bags. My steak was a little overcooked for what I asked,I wish they could add chives on my baked potato. The green beans were okay, but I tried better in another place. Price for an adult and child about $50 .00 without dessert because it was a good size meals for sure and we indulced in the fresh hot bread so much .I am giving a 5 stars in service because my waitres Karla was super attentive ,gave us assertive recommendations paying attention to detail timely. A group of waitress danced wester song and other group sang and clapped for birthdays. The atmosphere was a little loud for thursday night, making it hard to keep a pleasant conversation . Overall, it was a great experience.

Did an online order for pickup, ribs were good. However, the steak that was supposed to be MR was more like well done, chewy/tough, and mostly fat. The other steak that was supposed to be Rare was also more like Medium. This is my favorite restaurant and i’m extremely disappointed as both steaks were disgusting especially for the price.

I really love Texas Roadhouse. This time we were visiting as an out of towner visiting friends. I treated them all to dinner. Last night we spent over 200 dollars, did pick up, and tipped very well. When we got home, I realized we were missing a side, 2 drinks, and they wouldn't honor a free appetizer coupon because we didn't call that in separately. I mean, who knew you had to do that to get it, when we ordered the rest of our food through the app. When I called the manager after noticing things we were missing, obviously I was looking for some kind of reimbursement, credit, or complimentary food. She was kind and apologized and asked to give us a free appetizer when we go to Texas again, she asked my name and email to send me something, however, she didn't spell back my name or email, so chances are it was wrong because I never received anything. So a little disappointed. The food was really good though.

I got the ribs and I thought they were excellent. One friend got the sirloin steak and it was cooked perfectly and was very good. Another friend got the salmon and was very pleased with it. That's all good. Now what made it special was our server Tiffany. I can't say enough good things about her. I highly recommend this location.

Toilets overflowing, trash on floors and you can tell the toilets themselves have not been wiped in quite sometime. Prior to that we saw several employees using the restrooms so we knew they had to be aware of the situation. If the restrooms look like this, what does the kitchen look like?
