This place? Absolute perfection. The food is next-level refined, and the service? So kind and attentive, it feels like you’re dining with old friends. Honestly, there’s nothing to complain about—trust me, I tried! Now, let’s talk about the star of the show: I went for “Plate 30,” and oh boy, what a choice! It kicks off with a Caesar salad that’s crisp and flavorful, followed by a Filet Mignon paired with an Argentinian sauce and dreamy truffle fries. The meat? So tender it practically dissolved in my mouth. Heaven on a plate. Oh, and I stole a sip of the onion soup—wow. Hands down, the best I’ve ever tasted. Rich, warm, and just magical. Delicious food always! Excellent and quick service. This is our go to spot when we visit the Millenia mall. Lobster bisque is so good, espresso martini, and they have great lunch options as well.

My wife and I enjoyed a lovely evening at The Capital Grille for our Valentine’s Day Dinner. The experience and service from The Capital Grille was stupendous and very welcoming. From the moment we walked in to the moment as we left, we were treated with the upmost respect and highest quality of service. The menu is all Ala Carte as you will order entrees and sides separately. All of the food came out fresh and delicious. We started with their bread (not pictured) which came in three different variations, all delicious and crisp to the touch. We later ordered a cup of the Lobster Bisque (not pictured) which was creamy and savory. The Lobster Bisque had plenty of lobster in it, even a claw which was a great surprise! As we moved to our entrees we were throughly impressed with the quality of service. No matter who was around you, or what staff was available, they always made it their focus to ensure you had everything you needed. Our entrees and sides were the Porcini Rubbed Bone-In Ribeye with 15-Year Aged Balsamic and Seared Sea Scallops with Maine Lobster and Asparagus Bisque served with Parmesan Truffle Fries and Lobster Mac & Cheese. The food all around, from start to finish was to die for. My steak was beautifully cooked, juicy to the touch, and was absolutely delicious. If I were butter, I would melt just from the first bite. My wife had the sea scallops and risotto and throughly enjoyed the lemon zest that was sprinkled on it, along with how fresh the scallops were and the mix of greens included in the risotto. Our sides were an even greater addition to the meal as they both were delicious and something we’d yearn to go back for.

Kind of what I would expect from any cheep random Florida restaurant (pretty much everyone in this state sells calamari as a side) Anyone that has had Calamari that has been cooked correctly knows it should be very tender and soft.

Went to Capital Grille during Magical Dining and had the 3 course for $60 deal. For the appetizer I upgraded to the lobster bisque on my waiter William's advice. It was very much worth it. I have never had such big pieces of lobster in the bisque. The bisque soup itself could of been a little better. I had the sliced filet mignon with mushrooms and onions and it was ,as expected, excellent. Tasty and tender. It comes with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. On my waiter's recommendation I had the cheesecake brulee and it was sooo good. Great cream taste. Great recommendation from William. I had the Kona Espresso Martini for my drink. From the first sip glad I picked that one. Next time going to check out their waygu burger wine pairing dinner. You want a good steak house this is first class. Check it out.

It is everything you would expect from the high standards of capital Grille with an elegant atmosphere and top shelf food and drinks. I highly recommend the dirty martini and espresso martinis because they are both delicious. Steaks are high quality and very good. I am also a big fan of the crabcakes. They also have a nice happy hour as well. Every time I come here the service is always excellent. The presentation of the food is fabulous and the overall experience is a win. I highly recommend this location and will continue to visit.

The service was exceptional, and Craig truly went above and beyond—he was attentive without being overbearing (thanks so much!). The creme brulee was absolutely divine, unlike anything I've tasted before. I will definitely be returning!
