Customer Review Summary
Le Cellier Steakhouse offers a mixed dining experience based on recent reviews. Many guests praised the quality of the food, highlighting dishes like the ribeye, cheddar bacon soup, and the poutine as exceptional. Service received high marks, with servers like Samantha and Johnny being noted for their attentiveness and friendliness. However, some reviews expressed disappointment with recent menu changes and issues with food preparation, such as undercooked steaks and poor-quality sides. A significant concern was the inconsistent service at the front, with some guests facing long waits and unfriendly hosts at check-in. Overall, while the restaurant is celebrated for its ambiance and flavorful dishes, experiences can vary significantly, particularly regarding service and the accuracy of food orders.

They brought things back to the menu which brought my rating back up. My ribeye was cooked exactly how I liked it and the Mac and cheese side was so good. Since it is at Epcot, make sure to make a reservation because it’s difficult to get in otherwise! Still a beautiful setting and the people are always great.

Server Samantha was absolutely amazing All the castmembers were very polite and formal always offering anything to enhance our dining experience. Checked in 10 minutes prior to reservation time and sat immediately when we arrived at the restaurant. It’s on the smaller side for Disney restaurants but it just felt cozy 😛 Food was cooked perfectly we had the -Cheddar Bacon Soup (highly recommend) -Filet Mignon with Mushroom Risotto -Ice Wine Flight Also got the sauce flight and it paired perfectly with our steak Sam was kind enough to bring out a birthday dessert for me as well which was so cute and delicious! 5/5 would come back here again ⭐️

Over the past 5 or 6 years this place has become a go to restaurant for us. Sadly, this last time was not good. First, they changed the menu around. Not a good thing in this case. The cheddar soup was good, hard to mess up. I did notice that it did not come with any pretzel bread. My wife got the wedge salad, terrible! The balsamic dressing tasted like bile, no joke, it was disgusting. She got ranch and it was watery, very disappointing. She barely touched it and the waitress never offered to take it back or try something else. The steak was supposed to be medium. It was rare, not even close to medium. I sat there for a while before I could even get our waitress to notice me. She took it back and had it refired, this is not optimal. I had already cut into the meat, refiring will dry out out. Which it did. The other things, they push these sauces now for the meat. Excuse me, but high quality steak should never need a sauce. Cheap cuts, sure. To make matters worse, when she dropped the check, they charged me for someone else's meal. So ...I had to sit longer to even get her attention, then sit some more to get it sorted out. Sad, I doubt I will be back anytime soon.

We were so excited to eat at Le Cellier but our start was rocky. We checked in at 3:40 but didn’t get seated until 4:13. That’s over a half hour!!! The guy checking guests in was not friendly, although he did warn us that they were running 10 minutes behind schedule. More like a half hour!!! We question if perhaps they forgot about us, as folks coming in after us were seated before us. We had a reservation so there was no reason that should have happened. When hubby checked to see how much longer it would be, the host was quite rude. Now on to the more positive part of the meal. Our server was Sam, who was delightful. She recommended a few dishes at the beginning of the meal and brought us drinks and bread promptly. We ended up splitting the soup, poutine, and filet dinner. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, although we asked that the poutine be only lightly salted. It’s my birthday so at the end, Sam brought a chocolate moose (yes moose, not mousse) dessert. We highly recommend Le Cellier for the food and service, but not for the host at the front of the restaurant. It would be a 5/5 if the host knew how to interact cordially with fellow humans.

When I come to Epcot I always try to stop by Le Cellier. I have found that they have the best steak in Disney world. The service was amazing, any questions we had she could answer. I recommend getting the sauce flight to dip your steak in. The Mac and cheese was amazing and the potato’s were too.

Been here many times and always the highlight of a Disney trip! Got to say though although the steaks are amazing it’s eye watering expensive, I don’t know if it’s just the dollar rate us Brits get atm but I don’t remember in the past my meal costing about as much as my hotel room but it made a nice treat and the best steaks we had on our holiday!

This establishment is a must-visit when attending Epcot. First and foremost, our server, Johnny, was exceptional and ensured that our dining experience was outstanding. He was very attentive and made sure that all of our needs were met. We also had the pleasure of meeting with the manager, Jeff, who made us feel extremely welcome and valued as customers. During our conversation, Jeff I mentioned that they had received reviews stating that they were the best steakhouse in Disney World, and I can confidently say that this is an accurate assessment. The steak I had was cooked to perfection and was the best I have ever tasted. The mashed potatoes were also delicious and were served with a side of truffle butter. As a starter, we shared an artisan cheese platter, which offered a delightful selection of cheeses, grapes, and fresh honey accompanied by a honeycomb. I highly recommend trying their homemade cheddar soup, which was incredibly flavorful and paired perfectly with the pretzel bread for dipping. In addition to the steak, I also had the Ottawa apple, which was a refreshing and delicious drink Overall, this establishment exceeded my expectations and provided an exceptional dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Epcot. Thank you, Johnny and Jeff.

My favorite restaurant during our last Disney trip. Someone the best food and friendliest service we received. The food was amazing, cooked well, great flavor, and new experience. The poutine was a first for us and it was well worth it. Stephanie were all cooked properly and the peppercorn sauce was very good.
