High-end steakhouse chain with aged prime beef & classics such as lobster tails.

Customer Review Summary

Mixed reviews characterize Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar. Happy hour offerings are considered disappointing, with bland food compared to the regular menu. However, standout dishes include steak, lobster mashed potatoes, and miso tuna. Service receives high praise, with staff being attentive, friendly, and accommodating, contributing to memorable celebrations. Some guests report issues with the freshness and quality of certain dishes, particularly the miso-glazed sea bass and crab cakes. There are concerns about cleanliness in restrooms and inconsistent service quality. While many describe delightful dining experiences with phenomenal food and great service, others express disappointment regarding high costs relative to portion sizes and overall experience. Overall, Fleming’s is recognized for its potential but has faced challenges in maintaining consistency across visits.

Never had happy hour here before and wouldn’t again. The food off that menu is not nearly as good as the food off the standard menu. I found that most of those plates were bland and lackluster. But with that being said, the steak and lobster mashed potatoes I had a previous night was great and the miso tuna is truly what brought me back. I typically don’t like raw fish or sushi of any sort but served with miso sauce makes it delicious! There’s also a tuna dish on happy hour that is served on top of a wonton crisp which was also really good. The service from the manager was also amazing. The bar tender accidentally in the wrong tuna for us, not the happy hour one but they still gave us both plates and even went to the extent to taking it off the bill which was very thoughtful.

This is 100% from the valet to the valet. Everyone in between. The entire staff treated us like we were the only ones in the restaurant!!! Attentive, family friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, overwhelmingly pleasant. I loved the entire anniversary experience. The waitstaff, the young man who noticed my glass, was sticky and brought me a wet cloth (hot)!!! It was unbelievably amazing. The valet was super nice!! Mouth shocking flavors. I can not express the amazing experience

I recently dined at Fleming's for the first time in several years, having been a loyal patron since its opening almost 15 years ago. My excitement was palpable as we arrived with friends from Canada, hoping to share in the experience of what has always been one of our favorite dining spots for steak—specifically, the famed Main Filet Mignon. However, our evening quickly turned into a regrettable experience. Upon arrival, I felt welcomed as I was assisted with my walker, but the level of service we encountered throughout the evening fell far short of the high standard I had come to expect from Fleming's. Our server was friendly, but there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness and knowledge about the wine selections, which was disappointing, especially for a restaurant that prides itself on its wine offerings. While we enjoyed the appetizers—such as the lobster bisque, French onion soup, and calamari—our main courses were a letdown. I ordered the MISO-GLAZED CHILEAN SEA BASS , only to discover it was overcooked and rubbery. After pointing this out to our server, I sent it back and opted for the crab cakes instead, which turned out to be a huge mistake. They lacked flavor and had a mushy consistency, making them unappetizing. To add insult to injury, one of my friends had a distressing experience in the restroom, which was in a state that no fine dining establishment should allow. I alerted the management about the unsanitary conditions, but the response was inadequate and left me feeling even more disheartened. Fleming's has always been a place where special memories are made, but last night felt more like a chaotic cafeteria experience rather than the luxurious dining I’ve cherished. It's disheartening to see a restaurant with such a rich legacy struggle with the basics of service and cleanliness. I hope this feedback prompts a return to the exceptional standards that Fleming's has always represented.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for something special. My family had told them it was my birthday - the table was tastefully decorated and there was a card. No hokey singing happy birthday by the staff. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with just the right balance of elegance and comfort. The service ((a shout out to Brandon our waiter) was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. Now, the food—absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth tender. Every side dish complemented the meal beautifully, and the attention to detail in every bite was evident. This place sets the standard for what a great steakhouse should be. If you’re looking for top-tier quality, exceptional service, and a perfect dining experience, this is the spot. Only item to note is that you want to bring a jacket or sweater as it's well air-conditioned We’ll definitely be back.

This location is one of our favorites and it definitely did not disappoint the night we came to finally celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary. Our server Jennifer M, which unfortunately did not get a photo of, was super sweet and attentive. Rudy her co-server, I believe that was his name, was extremely friendly. Adam, the wine manager was fantastic as well. Everybody made us feel so welcomed and celebrated. My Chilean Sea Bass was amazing as was my husband's bone-in ribeye and potato sides. They also brought us a delicious dessert to celebrate our special day. If you are looking for a place that serves incredible food and has superior service, then this is definitely the place for you.

Review from 7/11/45 I wish I could do half stars - this is a 4.5 experience for me. Mango iced tea: Not incredibly flavorful or sweet, does have a mild flavor and is meant to be unsweet bread & butters: Delicious bread & Butter. My favorite was the parmesan butter while my boyfriend liked the onion one. 10/10 Crab cake: Note that I am not a seafood lover - so to me the crab was very fishy and I didn’t like it. My boyfriend does love seafood and said that it’s good. Crispy coating, soft inside. Compared to the best he’s ever had he rates it a 6/10 lobster bisque: I did enjoy the one from charley’s steakhouse better but this one was still good. The lobster was slightly fishy but still overall great.7/10 ribeye steak: Delicious! I’m enjoying the crispy coating, very soft and tasty. I did order “truffle butter” on the side but it’s more of a truffle oil. I may still think charley’s is better with the steak to butter combination - but I cannot recall which steak I think is better 9/10 barbecued Salmon: 8/ 10 boyfriend the beginning taste is a very faint sweet that then follows a very smooth but salty after taste. very well done and breaks apart very nicely mac and cheese: Bacony flavor - neither of us are super into it but it is still good if you enjoy bacon. Unrated since we are a bit biased to bacon Chocolate lava cake: Amazing. Get it.

We came to try Magical Dinning $60 pre-plated. Food was good, but only the meat was in the plate. All sides, sprouts or mashed potatoes were extra cost, at $16 for 2 people serving. All other Magical Dinning restaurants included main dish with 2 sides included. Even those that were $40 experience. This is deceiving advertising. Service was excellent.

Not very impressive, just average. Six people cost over 500, and in the end, we gave an additional 110 as a tip. If you want to come, you can give it a try, but don’t expect too much. The soup was left cold, and the wine taste was too strong.
