Chima Steakhouse Orlando

Chima has by far been one of the most pleasant steakhouse experiences I’ve had so far! The choices of meat were vast and delicious, so much so that I wasn’t able to take pictures of it because my mouth was watering so much! The drinks as well as the desserts sent my taste buds to another dimension. Above all, the customer service was top tier! Hugo catered to all our needs and made sure we were well taken care of! Since it was our first time dining at Chima, he took the time to explain to us how everything worked. Throughout the evening, he was very attentive to us and made sure were were constantly satisfied. Even, the Managers(from what I could tell they looked like managers), came to us to make sure everything was to our liking! Even one server named Pablo, came over to us to ask us if there is a specific type of meat we want to try and quickly had it brought over to us. I know this is a lengthy review I’m leaving here but that’s because Chima deserves it and much more! Whoever reads this must go and dine at Chima and you’ll definitely be satisfied! Also, I didn’t realize there was a specific attire requirement to dine. Even though I didn’t meet that requirement since I was on vacation, the staff at Chima didn’t turn me away and still served me wonderfully as if I came dressed up! Chima is the absolute best steakhouse!

Definitely the most beautiful steakhouse I’ve ever been to totally recommend! Nicole was our waiter and she was extremely nice to us! I came here with family and friends we all loved it! The food was amazing and it was fast service, definitely lots of people and all the waiters and waitresses were so kind! It’s an all you can eat to meats to salads! Parking was so easy they open the doors of car and parked it for us! We all definitely had more than one plate. I personally recommend trying the filet it was so tender and definitely try the grilled pineapple!

This was the second time in my husband’s life that he ever been to a Brazilian Steakhouse, he is from Puerto Rico. He loved! He was the entire dinner: ‘que rico!’ every single thing we ate. We had a beautiful date night dinner! We recommend the All you can eat so you can try all types of meat they offer, also the salad buffet. Maria Sophia was amazing helping us tonight! The recommendation of the coconut dessert was great! As a good Brazilian I loved it. A great positive thing is that the food come all the time non stop!!!! The gauchos area ready to make us have such an amazing dinner! They did not stop coming with all the delicious food. That was really a plus!

It was a magical evening, the staff and management team checked on our table frequently. The menu items were delicious! The salad bar was amazing. An amazing addition to the Orlando scene! Atmosphere was great, even being so busy it didn’t feel crammed. Music volume was just right. Salad area was clean and food was fresh. Maria our server did great, very attentive. She asked how we liked our meat cooked and made sure the gauchos were aware too. Cocktail was yummy!

Sandra was our server and she was great, very nice and attentive. Fernando, who brought the best meat, was amazing!! He even noticed that he was the only one coming to our table and he made sure that others started to come so that we were able to enjoy the entire selection of meats and even cheeses! Additionally, when I tried to tip him, he stated that there was no need and that he hopes someone would do that for him to enjoy their entire meal as well.
