The staff, particularly servers like Adrian, Frias, Angel, and Shannon, are highlighted for their attentiveness and professionalism. One reviewer noted a wine issue that was handled poorly by management, although the overall food quality remained high. While most dishes are exceptional, the mac and cheese received mixed reviews. What’s not to love? The food is consistent, and you can always count on a good meal no matter when you visit. Whether it's a juicy steak, fresh seafood, or a flavorful side, everything is cooked well. The staff is always friendly and attentive, ensuring a nice dining experience every time.

Adrian and Frias were the best hosts and waiters I've ever had in any dining experience ever. I've been to plenty of steakhouses But this one topped them all. I was with my father who has never been to a very high-end steakhouse and he had an amazing experience as well. I get full props to this restaurant as making the dining experience as amazing as possible. Even the smoked old-fashions that we've had they brought out a second round and smoked them right in front of us. The meats were the best I've ever had and they even made recommendations of getting crab Oscar on the side as an appetizer instead of the main meal. Highly recommend this more than any steakhouse I've ever been to! Props to the two of them and their manager and the restaurant in general!

Food was fantastic! Our servers Angel and Shannon were extremely helpful with selections and efficient with everything. Make sure to get the yellowfin ahi tuna for appetizer. The wasabi and soy sauce take it to the next level! We also ordered the Bone-In Kansas City Strip 22oz and it was one of the best steaks I’ve had all year!

We came to Charley’s Steak House for dinner. We were a party of seven and we had a reservation. From the start, the staff were polite and professional; and our host, John took good care of us, including the kids. However, we had an issue with a bottle of red wine that wasn’t at its best anymore. John didn’t hesitate to take it back but, an incredulous lady, perhaps a manager, came up to us and announced that there was nothing wrong with it. Eventually, she offered another but, it was like she had to make a point for everyone else to know it wasn’t their problem. Anyways, once the second bottle was opened the difference was clear, the first one was vinegarish while the second one was fresh and rich; but, there was no further acknowledgment. That said, once we got our food everything was very delicious and satisfying. We ordered an assortment of starters, steaks, dessert and coffees.

If you are looking for a gourmet meal and fine dining experience, book a reservation here. Exceptional service on top of a delicious meal. Note, everything had a smoked flavor to it so read up on that before you visit.

This past Saturday, I took my husband to Charley's Steakhouse to celebrate his promotion. While the evening had its highlights, there were a few significant moments that left us feeling less than impressed. The food was undeniably excellent for the most part. The steaks were perfectly cooked, tender, and melted in your mouth. The salad was fresh and flavorful, and the mashed potatoes were absolutely incredible—some of the best we’ve had. However, the mac and cheese fell short of expectations; it was passable but didn’t live up to the high standards of the other dishes. The service from the waitstaff was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, one incident with the manager, overshadowed much of the positive experience. While we were enjoying our steaks, she approached our table and asked us to cut into the steaks to check if they were cooked to our liking. This was unusual and disruptive, especially since we’ve dined at other high-end restaurants like The Capital Grille, Fleming’s, Kress, The H, and Eddie V’s and have never encountered such a request. What made this moment even more uncomfortable was that her request felt less like an option and more like a demand, and wouldn’t leave until we complied. In a fine-dining establishment, there’s an expectation that if we ask for medium-rare, the chef should be skilled enough to deliver that without requiring customers to inspect their food at the table. Adding to the awkwardness, we noticed that no other tables seemed to be asked to do the same. While the food and waitstaff’s service were excellent, the incident with the manager significantly detracted from the experience. For this reason, we’re giving Charley's Steakhouse four stars. Dining at a high-end restaurant is as much about the ambiance and experience as it is about the food, and this incident somewhat degraded the whole affair.

Dinner at Charley's Steak House was an extremely enjoyable experience. I was impressed with the introduction to a beautiful restaurant by management and staff. Salad and cheese bread was okay. Lobster bisque soup was delicious. Chicken was good and steak cooked med rare was good but not memorable. Butter cake was excellent. Management and staff made our dinner experience more enjoyable.

Second time back! Love this place more and more every time we go! Absolutely recommend the smoked old fashioned. I always get the salmon, but the steak is superb as well! Also don’t forget those cheese topped rolls!
