What a great place. Super food, generous portion sizes, well priced and super service. Only complaint was a little noisy at times when trying to talk. Easy parking too. Well worth a visit.

The food here was absolutely amazing. I’ve never had hibachi food this good. The service was fast and friendly and suggestions were given to us when we had questions. I would definitely recommend eating here if you’re in the area. Loved it.

Yesterday, I went to the blue Ginger for a friends birthday dinner. At first the service was good but when the hibachi people came in and someone said “the chicken is hers” I was like um I didn’t ordered that. I ordered the Japanese fried rice with chicken from the kitchen. I got up gracefully and talked to the manager (who was super nice) and explained everything. So I got my fried rice with chicken. Afterward we got done with dinner, I’ve thanked the manager and gave her the tip because I’ve explained everything from start to finish. To be honest, I wish they got better servers and understands more.

First time coming here to attend a birthday party and I must say I had a great time. Not only the food was great but the customer service was amazing. The front door staff was very friendly and welcoming. Once we was seated I notice the place was well decorated with a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. The waiter was very friendly and helpful with the menu. They have great prices and the offer soup or salad with the hibachi meal. The best part was the entertainment. The chef not only cook great meals but the jokes and entertaining show made the night so much fun. They give great energy and never a dull moment. Nothing bad to say only thing is be aware of the 18% gratuity charge towards your bill. Not sure if that’s only for hibachi but you’re also open to give an additional tip. If you’re in the mood for hibachi and entertainment, give them a try!!

For starters, it was my mom’s birthday..This was my second time coming here. The first time I didn’t sit with a chef. Everything was pretty ok. The second time was horrible. Customer service was out of whack, shrimp, rice, “yum sauce” and a drink I ordered from the bar was disgusting. Shrimp was not cleaned properly. The drink had a bug in it and the manager did not want to take it off but give me credit for a future visit. No I did not take it because I never want to eat here again. So he took something else from the bill that was lesser value off. The server had an attitude and was not friendly nor welcoming the entire time. However, there was an 18% gratuity in it for her. There were about 7 or 8 of us. She did not come to the table not once for drink refills or any concern whatsoever. I’ll gladly be sticking to what I know. Which is BENIHANA. My favorite hibachi place.

Where do I begin? We probably should have left when we first got there. The smell of old grease is your first greeting. The service was horribly slow. Two employees were arguing in the middle of the dining room which was super annoying and awkward. We ordered two soups, garlic edamame, sunomono salad and egg rolls. The last thing to come out was salad and the edamame (about 30 minutes after we ordered). The best thing was the soup. You couldn't tell what was in the salad. The edamame was either old or frozen and seriously overcooked. It was mush in your mouth. I've had better frozen egg rolls at home. As I write this review (30 minutes later) my stomach is already rolling. Do your self and your stomach a favor and find an authentic Japanese restaurant... there are some great ones nearby.

We have been here countless times and there is always one day when service is just not up to par. The hostess did not greet us a Japanese lady came from the back and sat us. The waitress was pleasant but extremely slow. The food was good except the steak was not seasoned. For the hibachi table the travel with food uncovered like the rice through the restaurant to go to the other side. It’s very unsanitary. The salt and pepper shaker was very dirty like 5 years of hand grease was on it. I have no name for the waitress because she never told us her name. Just not pleasant today.

Got hit by severe food poisoning symptoms within 7 hours of eating sushi from here for dinner. Hadn't had anything else to eat since then. I don't trust the cleanliness of a place that causes me food poisoning. Will not be back.
