My taste buds were on fire with extreme pleasure from the extensive delicious dishes. Your favorites foods were prepared in a variety of different ways. Just looking at the selection made me drool. It was a wonderful evening with great food. Cost was of no concern.

The location was the best. In front of a major dolphin mall entrance. It was huge. The servers were quick. Several meat choices. Salads were fresh. Several different soups. The shift managers Grettel and Xavier were both great and attentive. A good place for people who loves eating meat, a lot of meat. Will go there again.

The restaurant offers a vast selection of grilled meats, including picanha, chicken, chorizo, ribeye, and lamb. A wondrous experience overall (: My husband and I went for dinner before catching a movie at CineBistro. We were seated immediately and quickly greeted by our server Pedro who offered us the drink menus asked us our preferred cook temperature for our meats, and invited us to get started at the buffet bar. We ordered 2 Caipirnhas (passionfruit and strawberry) and headed for the buffet bar. We avoided eating carbs to prevent getting too full too quickly so I wont be able to comment on those menu options. But, I wasn't very impressed with anything I did try at the buffet bar except the roasted jalapeños (with a beautiful spicy kick), manchegp cheese slices, and smoked salmon which I paired with the available capers. Thus venue follows the traditional Brazilian steakhouse model with traditional guachos coming around continuously with different cuts of meat displayed on large BBQ skewers for you to choose from. In order to ensure we tried every cut of meat available, I visited their website while dining to review the selection. The manager noticed me doing this and inquired about which meats I hadn't yet had the opportunity to sample. Then he expeditiously sent over all the cuts we were still waiting to try. After trying them all, my husband and I agreed the best cuts were the Filet mignon (silky smooth texture), churrasco (perfectly cooked skirt steak), and spicy picanha (delicious seasons, not very spicy, sirloin). As a special mention we are very much enjoyed the beef ribs (so buttery soft, just slightly lacking in flavor) and the sausage (with depth of flavor in comparison to many other meats)
