First of all, our server Janine was phenomenal. She was so warm, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Every single one of her recommendations and opinions were on point too. The dressed oysters were new to me, absolutely fire. The mignonette adds an amazing kick to it. That was Janine’s recommendation. They have some really good quality horseradish too! We got a porterhouse steak with the most perfect Pittsburg char to share and it came with some truffle butter — listen. That stuff is actually the real deal. After I put some on my steak I couldn’t eat any more without the butter! The dessert! The pavlova was the best recommendation and I’m so glad I tried it! Janine shared the history of that dessert with us too. It was so nice to know how much time and effort had been put into making that delight over the year. All in all, the food was 100%, but the service carried the night for me. Impeccable experience.

Chef Michael delivers an experience. 14oz SRF Strip was savory and seared to perfection. Dover Sole was sautéed with care, delicate and delicious. Attention to detail on each plate was exceptional. Drinks were very well done and Janine delivered perfect service. Highly recommend this experience.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was so friendly and welcoming—it really set the tone for a great evening. Seriously, the steaks here are game-changers. I’ve had my fair share of steaks, but the ones at Prime 54 are on another level. I was just there for a conference and wanted a good steak. I ordered the bone in New York Strip. It was the worst steak I ever had. Tough. Chewy. Greasy and cold. They didn't remove the hardened fat. Completely inedible for $85. The server checked on us once and when I didn't finish the stead, never asked why. The automatically hit me up for a 20% tip and then asked for more. Outback has better steaks. I never complain about food but this place charges a fortune and should know better.

The food is out of this world. The mushrooms are one of a kind, the mashed potatoes are the tastiest potato I’ve ever had, the burrata and prosciutto was so rich. Tina was an incredible server, so helpful in deciding on wine to get and which cut of steak to get. Really overall a fantastic experience!

The place is extremely wonderful, the food exquisite and we received the best services. Absolutely the entire work team is very courteous and attentive. Especially our lovely server Janine. A charismatic and incredible woman who can recommend the best of the menu
