Really good staff and service. Enjoyed the food although the fries were over done. Steak was cooked excellently and sides tremendous. Decent value considering. Recommended for a nice meal or discussion occasion.

Exceptional Dining Experience at Prime 112! Prime 112 in Miami Beach exceeded every expectation and delivered an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the energy was electric, the ambiance was sophisticated yet inviting, and the service was nothing short of perfection. The star of the evening, beyond the phenomenal food, was our incredible server, Erica. From start to finish, she made us feel like VIPs, balancing warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism with ease. She guided us through the menu with expert recommendations, ensuring we got the best of the best. Her kindness and genuine enthusiasm made our meal even more enjoyable—she truly went above and beyond to make the night special. Now, let’s talk about the food—absolute perfection. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and bursting with flavor. The sides were indulgent and delicious (the latkes are a must!), and the cocktails were crafted with precision. Every bite was an experience in itself. If you’re in Miami Beach and want an elevated dining experience with world-class service, Prime 112 is the place to be. And if you’re lucky enough to have Erica as your server, you’re in for an even more incredible night. Can’t wait to come back!

Prime 112 is the real deal. THIS is what I’m looking for when I go out for dinner. Menu is amazing, so much incredible options to choose from, cocktails to desserts… 10/10. You are served a great selection of breads off bat, which is nice. This is a true fine dining experience. Nicole was an incredible server with great tableside manner! She took great care of me with her suggestions and guidance. I am excited to return.

We walked in, and we got immediately seated..first thing we noticed, the tables were packed close together.. We ordered bone in New york Strip medium, $120 steak.. It came out 30 minutes later Burnt outside and over cooked and cold We sent it back, and they just reheated it, so just in disgust, I just took one bite, and it still was horrible.. management offered a new steak. i said no thanks . She was nice enough to give us a desert on the house.. Sides and deserts were good.. but i was heart broken form the steak.. especially coming from Charlotte NC for valentines/birthday dinners.. seeing this place for years on social media and all the famous people eating here really hype me up and only to have a bad experience in person..

We had reservations for right after they opened. We did get seated quickly. They are very attentive to the tables. Almost too attentive. While I was eating bread they came and took plate and knife and the person I was with stopped them from taking bread and their plate. They constantly come to table asking if your done or cleaning table wiping water rings off from cups. When food was served they came and served the sides on plate to each person. Ordered filet mignon medium. Got it and whole inside was pink. I didn't care for it. It's all about presentation. The stake in my opinion didn't have much flavor. Ordered the five cheese truffle side and it was good. The carrots cake was listed with nuts and cream cheese icing so it sold me since I love carrots cake. When it was delivered to table it was big piece looked amazing. However it had raisins in it. I am not a fan of raisins so we didn't eat it. Very clean restaurant and perfect location next to miami beach.

Had an amazing dinner at the bar tonight. 4 of us sat at the bar and ordered (mostly) apps and drinks. Junior was an incredible bartender, great experience!

Let me be the most honest review here. Take a seat, grab a scotch. TLDR: This was the most disappointing steak experience of my life. My wife and I are also nauseous, hours later. Some pallete context: I've had dry aged steaks at Gordon Ramsey's in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, and San Diego. ⭐ Wagyu A5 ive tried in New Orleans and it was melt in your mouth but not as good as a dry aged prime filet. This sets the tone for what a dry aged prime steak should taste like.... 🤷‍♂️ So, Prime 112... The portions are bigger than you might normally expect (great & surprising!) We had lobster bisque in a large deep bowl with plenty of lobster and the chargrilled osyters were perfect. My wife at half and she doesnt like oysters. Steaks, what you come here for... no, just no, so disappointing. We ordered a 12oz dry aged prime new york strip and a 12oz prime filet. The filet was med-rare as requested. The dry aged prime new york strip steak was rare, and no one checked so I just ate it unfortunately as it was pre-cut and feared it would be overcooked and take too long as it was busy. The filet was tender and had more flavor than the dry aged prime new york. What?! How does a filet have more flavor? Than a dry aged prime new york?? The NY steak tasted like a softer choice cut and it was rare instead of med-rare. (rare is a cool red center, it was cool and not even warm) After spending $450 or so with the tip, I realized this is probably the worst steak experience out of the half dozen places ive been of similar or better quality. By far the most expensive and not worth it - at all. The steaks just didnt pack that flavor. The server had the gall to say the dry aged new york has that most "umami flavor" in the menu. Is this dudes taste buds working? Man, the dry aged new york tasted like my cousin cooking a choice steak by like boiling it in water! (and not the good way, like sous vide) I had to write this review not to notify management, but to notify the potential customers. THIS is supposed to be a steak house. It has Wagyu on the menu... Why would the dry aged prime new york have less flavor than a filet? And the prime filet wasn't even that powerful in flavor, as it normally would be. Honestly. Truly. The most disappointing steak ive ever had, that I paid for, in my life. But, did we finish? No, man! We only ate half of each steak. 12oz is a big portion, but if it was real prime dry aged and cooked perfectly I'm sure id finish it. NOTE: It did taste like it maybe had minimal salt or pepper, so maybe this is why the flavor lacked... But im telling you... it was like a year old frozen steak or something. Its soul left its body, the flavor was not there. I hope your experience is better. But please trust me, that steak did NOT taste dry aged or even prime. Tender but no flavor. $450 meal?? You couldnt put a gun to my head and make me buy a steak from there again. Here are the steakhouses ive eaten, so we all know im not some random male Karen: 💎 S Tier ✅ Larsen's Steak House (La Jolla, CA) 🏆 A Tier ✅ Doris Metropolitan (New Orleans, LA) ✅ Gordon Ramsey's Hells Kitchen 😐 B Tier ✅ Bavette's Steakhouse & Bar (Las Vegas, NV) ❌ Prime 112, South Beach (Miami, FL) 😅 C Tier ✅ Outback Steakhouse(s) 😢 D Tier ❌ Sage Room at Harveys (Lake Tahoe, NV) P.S. It's Midnight now (3hr+ later) and both my wife and I are nauseous. Fantastic 🙃 I think we were just served bad or old steaks, but who knows. I sure won't go back.
