This is the perfect spot for enjoying high-quality meat. The service was fantastic—personalized and attentive from start to finish. One of the unique aspects of this restaurant is that you get to choose the cut of meat you want, making the experience truly special. Although they don’t serve alcohol, you’re welcome to bring your own bottle of wine, which adds a nice touch to the meal. The ambiance is beautiful and well-maintained, creating the perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. A reservation is a must, as this is a popular spot for meat lovers. Highly recommended!

Absolutely LOVE it here! The entire experience from beginning to end is wonderful. You walk through the front door to walk into an open courtyard, hidden away from the street. The seating area has such great atmosphere and charm. You are seated to look at the menu and choose your beverages, appetizers and finally, what type of meat you’d like. You are then taken into the butcher shop, where it’s set up to look as though you’ve gone to the butcher’s to buy your cut of meat. They show you a video of the history and then are taken in such a cool and fun way to the freezer and display area to choose your type and cut of meat. The presentation of the food is nice, especially the way the deserts come. So cute and on theme! Everything is farm to table, they present the desserts in such a manner/style. The food is delectable, and you find yourself at times closing your eyes to really take in the flavor of the meat and entire experience. The customer service is great and staff quite friendly. Overall, you are left with that warm and fuzzy feeling after a phenomenal dining experience. Very relaxed and low key and so memorable. We will without a doubt come back!!

Wonderful experience all around. Low-key setting so you don't feel obliged to be fancy. Just delicious food and great service! I loved the potatoes sooooo much!!! Thanks for participating in Miami spice so I could try this and I will definitely be back!

One of the best steaks we ever had. Visited this place during Miami art week and we were not disappointed. Our stand outs of the night were the Denver steak (which had amazing marbling on the cut of meat) and the passion fruit mousse dessert.

Preview your cut with the butcher before you order? Very cool. Incredible meat. Knowing my steak is farm to table , how it’s raised, seeing the cut before I order was special. What. A. Meal!

It's everything you could want in a steak restaurant that makes the meat the STAR. Without question, it was one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. It's unique in a way that was a delightful addition to the meal, unlike many other Miami restaurants that try too hard to be different in all the wrong ways. Bring your own wine. I got the Denver Cut Steak.

All around amazing. The service amazing the food AMAZING. we did the Miami spice menu which was $45 pp. it is BYOB which I didn’t know so next time going to bring a bottle of my choice and they charge a cork fee $10 beer and wine and $30 for spirits. The parking is a bit rough but they let us park in the front in front of their cars. Definitely coming back. When you go get your cut of meat the butcher takes you to the back into a “meat speakeasy” it was cool. Loved it.

What a great hidden gem, what an amazing experience! So glad I discovered this place on my drive back home North to Broward when I didn't want to deal with the traffic and parking from Miami Art Week. Easily one of the best steaks I've ever had in my life, and such a magical experience learning about the process and touring the hidden rooms they bring you to as part of the journey. Highly suggest adding to your list for a memorable experience and amazing steak!
