LongHorn Steakhouse

Ordered online through the app. Show up on time. App sends me a text asking me what parking spot I’m in. 10 minutes go by and nothing. So I go inside. My order hadn’t even been started. The reason this isn’t a 1star review was how manager Leah handled the situation. She acknowledged someone should have been out. That my order was now being worked on. Then very nicely gave me some gift cards. She personally checked my order for accuracy once it was ready. That all was very much appreciated. The food was fantastic.

Service is always great no matter what location we're visiting. Got the ribeye and mac & cheese. The ribeye was extra fatty (which I expected) but so flavorful! And if you like mixed drinks, try the Texas Tea. Sheeeeesh! One was enough! Tasty but strong; exactly the way I like it!

Went for dinner at this wonderful steakhouse. We ordered 2 steaks that were tasty and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was busy, but you couldn't tell as the staff were very friendly and professional. Our server was Barbara and she was absolutely the best. Barbara is very caring, professional and always made sure our drinks were full. This made for a perfect night. We will definitely return to this restaurant.

I'm usually a consistent fan of Longhorn, but the service at this location during our visit was a bit off. The first odd thing was that we were seated without silverware and when we asked for some, we were told they were all out (I assume that meant they were waiting for some to be cleaned). The food itself was taking a little while to come out, but our food began arriving and we still didn't have silverware. The other problem was that there were mistakes with most of the items we ordered. There seemed to be problems with the kitchen, but I can't say for sure. That said, they corrected everything we pointed out, but it just made everything take that much longer to the point where my steak was actually cool on the outside. In the end the food was fine and we did get everything we ordered so it wasn't a bad experience.

This was actually my first time eating at the longhorn in winter haven i normally eat at the one in lakeland and let me say… i was SASTIFIED so freaking happy with my meal, service and the atmosphere. My server Cami was absolutely amazing not only is she a great server but she’s very personable and professional and she talked us and made us feel very welcome. She’s amazing i will definitely become a regular with her.

The food here is really good. Our waitress as well as the manager catered to our needs very well and I greatly appreciated it. I had to be careful of how my steak was made due to be being pregnant and not being able to eat undercooked meat. They made sure I was satisfied and that my steak was made the way I needed it. They didn’t get impatient, nor did they rush. The salad and however they make their ranch made we want to get another order to go, and the bread and butter was soft, warm, and delicious. The waitress also made our virgin margaritas again to get it the way we like it. I would definitely be going back to eat here again.

Everyone knows the great food here, but what stood out the most is the staff. Exceptionally busy on a Friday night, yet all were cool as cucumbers and very polite. Extra shout out to the crew clearing and prepping the tables. Y’all are the real heroes and work together so smoothly.
