Cut 38 Steakhouse

Dined here on a "me" getaway weekend 9/26/24. It was a short walk from my hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the staff was very attentive. I sat at the bar I was dining alone. I met several nice locals in the area and shared great dinner conversations. I was not super hungry so got the small salad. It was fresh and delicious and plenty for me. Their wine selection was amazing.

First of I would like to start by saying the restaurant has an amazing deal during the weekday 1-3pm, it’s half price. And everything in the menu is absolutely incredible. Must have their burger!!! Best I’ve ever tasted. And our server was super witty and pleasant. Mark is just an amazing person. Thank you Mark!!! For making our experience more enjoyable. Ps the chocolate lava cake and key lime cake absolutely scrumptiously delicious 🤤 !!!

It’s a good restaurant. The food is great, especially the drinks are yummy. My favorite appetizer is Chips with Artichoke dip. The steak is hit or miss sometimes but overall I enjoyed.

Exceptional service from Erin at the bar! Always such a warm approach and conversation with him and his attentiveness throughout the entire experience is quality service. I was not surprised to find out that Erin is a certified Wine Sommelier after our conversation on wine varieties. Wonderful staff all around that really delivers quite a personalized experience. Overall wonderful food quality!!! The bread pudding is highly recommended for dessert! Best to enjoy in house for the sake of the ice cream on top.

8/31/24 I absolutely savored my Colorado lamb chops - they were cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and utterly delicious. The atmosphere was, as always, warm and inviting. We are always seated immediately. A truly enjoyable dining experience! 02/13/24 This was my 3rd time dining at Cut 38. An Invitation to celebrate a friend's birthday. All of the food was amazing! The service was excellent! The live entertainment even added to it! The Clam Chowder and Porterhouse was the best I’ve ever had!!!

The food here is good. I personally had a great experience. Our server was very attentive and the food came out fast. I got a burger and it was huge. Cooked perfectly and was nice and juicy. The fries were fresh as well. Dessert was amazing!

This is our favorite place to visit! My husband and I live in Chicago. Every time we visit my in-laws, we make sure to have a meal or two here. The ambiance is great, and the staff is unbelievably awesome and friendly. Their food is delicious... I haven't had a meal that disappointed me!!
