Samantha, Anthony, Lee, and Macayla hosted us for a dinner in the oasis room. They were supper attentive to our needs and the planning of the dinner and during the dinner. If you are looking to host a private group dinner at the hard rock look no further. Now to talk about the food. It was simply great. The seafood was very fresh and the menu was well curated and Samantha helped us find the perfect wine selection for the dinner. Every course was well served and the guests never went without anything!

The food was delicious and service and atmosphere were great. However, the pricing for some items was outrageous. I understand that this is a very high class restaurant and that prices will be more than most steakhouses but the prices blew my mind! It’s definitely not a place you eat at more than once during a trip. Unless you have tons of money to blow.

Council Oak offered a remarkable dining experience with its excellent service, superb food, and charming atmosphere. Eddie, our server, went above and beyond, providing insightful recommendations and impressing us with a delightful dessert tray at the end of our meal. The steaks were juicy, the fish was cooked to perfection, and the bacon-wrapped scallops were simply mouthwatering. The octopus was also among the best I've ever had. Overall, it was an unforgettable meal that truly met all my expectations.

Lively and lovely ambiance right inside of Hard Rock, it gets loud at night but doesn't spoil your experience. Dimmed lights, servers determined to provide good service, happy diners enjoying beautiful menu. We had some starters, main stages and dessert. The crab cakes and calamari were the best I have had in a very long time. We ordered wagyu beef, new your steak, yummy home style sides and beignets for dessert. The whole dinner was an outrageous perfection. We already made plans on what we will order next time we dine here. :)

Very nice steak restaurant. The aging room with all the meat was impressive. Cozy atmosphere. Fred was our server and he was top notch. The filet was very good. The seafood looked amazing but this isn't a cheap place so I stuck with the filet. Cooked to a perfect temperature. Brussel sprouts and mushrooms were excellent as well. Recommend for a special occasion.

This place was absolutely amazing! All the appetizers were amazing, especially the Mac n cheese and that creamed corn. All the steaks and lamb chops were excellent. Also the desserts were all great, I would recommend the creme brulee. Shout out to our server Jo for taking care of us and recommending some great things. I will definitely be back.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood Dining at Council Oak Steaks & Seafood was a particularly special experience for me, as I had the pleasure of reconnecting with my cousins after many years apart. Our dining advisor, Sean, was exceptional. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu—especially the various meats we were considering—and expertly guided us through the dinner courses. His accommodating and attentive service truly elevated our evening. The overall dining experience was superb, thanks to Sean’s expertise, the skill of the chefs and their team, and the leadership of the restaurant manager, Camila. My only suggestion would be to address the noise level in the dining area. It was challenging to hold a conversation, which slightly detracted from an otherwise perfect evening. The food was excellent, and Sean’s service was outstanding. I hope future visits include an improvement in the ambiance to match the restaurant’s exceptional cuisine and service.
