Ordered the Kingsland Steak & Shrimp Pasta and it was DRY as hell. Seems like the cook forgot the Alfredo sauce. Also the meat temperature was Well Done when Medium was requested. Whomever does the expediting should have made sure the order was accurate and precise.

I hate that these places are falling apart, it’s a restaurant chain I grew up going to very often when my father was alive. At this location, as soon as you open the doors an awful humid smell hits you in the face, the furniture is sticky and gross. I do have to say the workers made it better. Very good customer service.

it's always a pleasure coming here.. by far my favorite restaurant. they welcome you with great hospitality, and we've never gotten a bad server. we usually also always get our food pretty quickly. all of it is so good, and the cheese fries are the best you'll ever taste.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an incredible evening at Outback Steakhouse, made even better by our amazing server, Autumn! From the moment we walked in, the entire staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Autumn was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The food was absolutely delicious! Our steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were flavorful, and the Bloomin’ Onion was a must-have. Everything arrived hot and fresh, and the quality was top-notch. What really stood out was the teamwork among the staff—everyone was courteous, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. It’s rare to find such consistently great service across the board. If you’re looking for a fantastic dining experience with excellent food and five-star service, ask for Autumn at Outback Steakhouse. We’ll definitely be back!

Update: I tried them again and they failed once more - 3 months later. I ordered a salad directly on their website to customize it. They forgot the onion I asked for and the omitted the bacon! This is not a premium salad. Frustrating they don’t follow instructions.

My family was at this location in December, and today for my son’s birthday, my order was wrong both times. This time I felt the need to correct my order, I asked for the prime rib sandwich, I received the prime rib. My family was uncomfortable eating while I waited for 20 minutes. I just asked for a to go box so we can go home for cake and open gifts. When we received the check I was comped the $14 sandwich and charged the 30 something prime rib. I told the server and he corrected. If I was the manager or the server at least my meal should have been comped. It wasn’t eaten anyway. Proud of my family for putting up with this, we will never go back. We do not eat out often due to our work schedules, many many better choices in Coral Springs

We were very disappointed with this visit as we went to celebrate our anniversary and it basically spoiled our whole night. After waiting close to 40 minutes to be seated, it took another 40+ minutes for us to receive our appetizers... The cheese dip was pretty decent as expected and the drinks were good but all the other food we ordered left much to be desired. We waited what felt like forever for our main dishes only to be told that they didn't have most of the sides we ordered so we needed to change our order 🙄 reluctantly we made some changes and then the food came out cold 🙃 the only saving grace here is that our waitress was pleasant and when we asked for the manager (Kellie, I believe her name was) she was very quick in trying to pacify the situation in the best way she could.

I was pleasantly surprised this time visiting. Each one we have been to seemed to he going downhill, food quality wise. This time, however, our steaks were perfect, and it seemed like they were of a higher quality since our last visit. I hope this is the new trend because I love Outback.
