Outback Steakhouse Cape Coral

Had dinner with the boys and stopped by for a steak. We haven’t been to outback in years and it Did not disappoint. All our steaks were cooked perfect. We got a Rare, medium rare and a medium and it was cooked just right. The lobster tail and shrimp we got was also delicious. Great job for a new location opening. The staff was on point and friendly. The only negative thing I would say is I called ahead was told 15 minute wait and put my name on the list, when we got there 10 minutes later we were told 30 minute wait. What’s the point of call ahead if you’re going to not put us on the wait till we got there. Which was the only reason we went, hope they don’t do that again to other people. This would be the only reason I wouldn’t go back

Absolutely pleasant experience and so thankful we came this way. Walked in the door to a table, drinks and appetizer in a few minutes followed by the meals shortly after. Our server Sam was prompt, great interaction and on top of our needs. We shared the potato soup, excellent and cheesy! Then my wife had prime rib and I had the bloomin fried chicken! Both were juicy, great flavor and awesome choices! Left with a smile on my face and will return!

I had the most incredible experience at the Outback in Cape Coral, all thanks to two amazing individuals: Steven, the store manager, and Sara, the waitress. I was initially a bit confused upon arriving, but by the end of the evening, I was so grateful that I felt compelled to write this review. Here’s what happened: I arrived early in the evening and took a seat at a booth. Sara approached me with a bright, welcoming smile and took my order for a Stella, a decision steak, salad, and, of course, some of their famous bread. She immediately got to work on my order. I went to wash my hands in the restroom, and upon returning, I found another couple sitting at my table. It was a funny situation because I looked like I’d just finished working at a construction site, but the gentleman sitting there jokingly asked if I was his waiter! Confused, I went to the front desk to explain the situation. To my relief, Steven, the store manager, came over right away. He was incredibly professional, apologetic, and immediately worked to make the situation right. He made me feel comfortable and reassured that everything would be taken care of. Even though there were no tables available, Sara quickly found a small one that needed cleaning, and she took care of it right away. After both Steven and Sara apologized multiple times, I was able to order my food, and the experience turned out to be wonderful. When I finished my meal, I asked for the bill and was astonished when Sara, with her big beautiful smile, told me that Steven had taken care of everything—he decided not to charge me at all. This act of kindness really impacted me. It’s clear that both Steven and Sara are more interested in making customers happy than simply making a sale, which is rare in today’s world. I will definitely continue visiting Outback in Cape Coral because of this experience. Steven and Sara are a true asset to this location, and I’m deeply grateful for how they turned a confusing situation into one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. First visit to this new location. Place was busy but service was still great. Bread was amazing. Our food was good , fillet was very well seasoned. Prime Rib was really tender. Margarita tasting was good , blueberry margarita was too sweet. I would just go for the original, that was the best one. The bread through…so good.

The server Phil provided astonishing service. He was actively servicing multiple tables politely, professionally and in a timely manner. Best service and food I have ever had in any restaurant, diner or food joint.

December 2024 Laundry was a very helpful and attentive waiter. All the staff were great. The New Bloomin' French Onion Sirloin was excellent, The first side was broccoli which was cooked perfect then I was able to get a ceasar salad as my second side since I am staying low carb. My wife had the salmon which was excellent. March 2024 Kyle did an amazing job taking care of us and the food was fantastic! The perfectly cooked ribeye with the mushroom shrimp topping was delicious. I especially love the brussle sprouts. The preparation is top notch give them a try the eat like candy so amazing. The salmon was also terrific. Even the view from our seat as we were there just around sunset wow! I can't wait to go back!

We visited outback on 02/28 for my birthday. I’ve never been to outback and not made to feel like my birthday was special. My server was not very open to communicating, we felt rushed having to order food when we were waiting for one other person & she never smiled. She was asked 3 times by one of the people who joined us if there was going to be “happy birthday” sung and the waitress kept saying yes but in the end refused so we left. We were very nice to her and the food itself was delicious but NEVER ONCE on my birthday have I been treated this way by an Outback employee. We will not return for celebrations of any kind.
