Dined in for Denver restaurant week. For $35 you get a lot of food. Food was ok, ordered the shrimp cocktail, filet, and chocolate cake. The filet and red fish entrees were cooked well and flavorful. Everything else was average. Service was a bit disappointing.

food was pretty good at this place . Just a little bit more seasoning and it will be PERFECT. The atmosphere and service is kind of sad . The restaurant seemed off and has sad energy . Our waitress seemed sad as well and was not very attentive to us. I felt like I was in a episode of Gordon Ramsey’s kitchen nightmares’. To sum it up… Good food , worth the money but the service and restaurant has to change ASAP.

Staying at a hotel less than 5 min from SaltGrass. FYI I am pregnant. They were informed of allergies, both side salads had croutons so neither could be eaten. Received a fried appetizer that was supposed to be raw, it was fried. Chicken Laredo was undercooked and prepared wrong .no avocado etc like it was a wrong dish made. Classic chopped steak .burnt on the outside, raw inside( picture added) no sauteed mushrooms or onions or gravy. Marked for utensils and napkins(hotel) not included in delivery. I had previously eaten at the original location in Texas and was looking forward to the meal. To say the least .major disappointment 🤮 This location needs to be shut down

We visited this restaurant on a recent trip to CO and would definitely return! While the macaroni and cheese were underwhelming, everything else was outstanding. The food tasted fresh, well made, and hot when served.

Had high expectations going in and I’d say this place fell just short of them. Started with the cheese fries which are more like potato cubes. They still were fairly good though. I got the NY strip and overall it was decent but not amazing. Steak itself didn’t have much seasoning or flavor. The cut of meat was good with minimal fat. Steak was also ordered rare and it came out cooked perfectly. Mac and cheese was good. Ended with the cheesecake which was delicious. Overall everything was pretty good but nothing was extraordinary in my opinion.

Got an order through grub hub delivery . The wedge steakhouse salad was awful looking . It had about a tsp of blue cheese crumbles , even less bacon and too many diced tomatoes. They forgot the dressing too. The cheesecake was suppose to have a strawberry and white chocolate sauce on it with sliced strawberries . It came plain . I am shocked someone thought it was ok to serve a salad looking like this . Did you know if you order through grub hub you have to deal with them on any issues . Grub hub was great . Very easy process to file a grievance . Refunded my money promptly even the tip . I felt bad about that because the delivery driver was fast and did nothing wrong . I wanted to still tip him. Saltgrass was very apologetic as well .

Really nice restaurant and delicious steaks. Had the Maudeen's center cut filet and it was amazingly tender. Staff was also very pleasant. We will for sure be back next time we are in the area.

Finally, the server came and asked if we'd like dessert before he brought our check. I had to tell him that we'd like our lunch before the brought the check. So, we were served food that had been sitting for quite a while, meaning my fish order was dry and tough. Then we waited and waited again for the check. I don't ever want to go back here. That same evening, I went to their website and wrote an email regarding the poor service. They never even bothered responding.
