Such a let down!!!! Service was not great. She was very friendly when around but she always disappeared and we could not get anything. Appitizers where okay but the calamari was so hard a rubbery. Absolutely terrible for the price we pay. Seems like they are using frozen items and charging for fresh items. Drinks I had an amazing spicey pomegranate mule, so I ordered another one and had to send it back because it didn't taste the same. They literally put two jalapeños in it and said here you go. My father's steak was under cooked and had to send it back. My wifes steak was all tendons and fat. She told the waitress when she was finally around and all she said is will tell the cooks. She was not able to eat it and they did not offer a discount, a new piece of steak. Nothing! just ripped us off. Overall I would never come here again and I would not reccomend coming here.

Delicious food and reasonable price for a steakhouse! We got the sausage bread to start and it was so much tastier than I could’ve hoped. I got the filet tips stroganoff and my partner got the risotto. The meat was perfectly cooked and the blend of flavors were incredible! Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and helpful. This was our second time here and won’t be the last!

Brady was an attentive server and the staff was pleasant to interact with. We enjoyed the filet medallion trio with a house salad and garlic mashed potatoes. It was a fair value and prepared perfectly. We also really liked the roasted banana cheesecake. Overall a great night and meal. I was nervous to try a steakhouse in a hotel but a friend had enjoyed it prior so we gave it a chance. We will be back and recommendations from staff hit the mark. I also liked the layout and ability to enjoy the meal in a well designed booth.

I was staying at the Hilton which is attached to the Hotel. I ate here two nights in a row. I ate at the bar both nights. The first night the bartender was great. She was very attentive. The second night was not so good. I asked the guy for a menu when I sat down. He never brought it. I had to ask again. When I tried to order he walked off in the middle of me talking. He had to wait until he came back to finish my order. So strange. Then, when the food came I had nothing to eat it with. I struggled to get his attention just to get silverware to eat. The couple next to me said their service was not good either. It is too bad that one night can be so good and the other terrible. I think the problem was he was distracted checking his phone and watching TV. Don’t get the crab cakes. Not good. The baked potato was cold. The food the day before was hot and good.

The restaurant is inside the hotel. Atmosphere is beautiful. The place was very clean well-kept, quiet, smells good, plenty of seating, and loved the lighting. However, I was not waited on right away. I actually had to wait over 20 minutes from the time I said I was done and requested my check again. I had ordered the calamari and a dirty martini. The calamari got to me called was not served with silverware was most of the way done eating it with my fingers before I could even ask for silverware. My biggest issue is they do have the cheese sitting out on the counter with a spoon so that you can help yourself to top your food which would be very nice. However, they should keep it behind the counter because I witnessed another customer Help herself to the cheese without even having food in front of her and stick the spoon in her mouth. I did bring it to the attention of the bartender, who then handled the matter quietly. However, it makes me wonder how many times something like that has not been seen and that another patron treated it like a container of bar nuts? Personally, I think it should be brought out on a case by case if they order food, then set it out after the food has been served. I plan on going back to actually sit at the table and eat a full meal at a later time. The food that I seen come out was absolutely beautiful. Hoping though it gets to the table hot. I don’t think my experience was necessarily their best work.

The Good: 90% of the food here is amazing. Like just fantastic always. Steak Risotto is incredible, savory and has so much flavor. The Tour of Italy is perfect every time. The filets are so well executed, simple with. Incredible flavor. Sauces delicious, mushrooms on point and chicken parm well excited. The roasted raviolis are crispy and tangy. The sirloin is always cooked perfect and can be cut with a fork which isn’t a common sirloin trait at most spots. The bread and salsa are tasty as well. The Bad: the Salmon dish and Mini Wellington is awful. The salmon had no flavor at all, but was plated well. The Wellington was soggy, undercooked with very fatty meat. The Ugly: the Service here is consistently the very worst service I have ever had anywhere and I have been to a large number of spots across the country. The bartender is hit or miss. If you get the male as a server/bartender he’s a good server. If you need him to make you drinks for your sever he gets them wrong almost the entire time and then the server lets them sit there for 10 minutes before they bring them to you. It took almost 20 minutes between ordering and receiving anything-see pics with stamps-the table wasn’t cleared well so we had a surplus of dishes crowding things and the server took my card to pay the check and never came back. Eventually after 25 minutes asked another server for my card. He brought and said my server had left for the night. The manager walks around, but doesn’t engage at all and when I asked to speak to him he just never came over. The Pepsi products are always flat and taste old. I stay at the hotel often for work and have given this spot about 7 tries. The service gets worse each time.

We are in town from Texas and decided to go on a little date night. We found this place driving around and it was wonderful. Rachel was our waitress. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave some great recommendations on the food. We loved it and will definitely come back next time we are here in Colorado.
