Applebee's Grill + Bar

I only recommend this place for dessert. Maybe drinks and appetizers. But the entrees have just seriously gone down hill. Hubby and I got the 4 cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken tenders. The mac and cheese didn't taste like there was any cheese at all. The chicken was over cooked and none of it had much flavor. We poured Tabasco sauce over it to make it edible. Not sure what happened to the quality of food over the years but this was not worth $17 a plate?!?! Just ridiculous. For dessert I had a butter pecan blonde which was delicious 😋 and hubby had the cinnamon bites, also yummy and the best thing we ate there.

Good food, good service. You can't beat that. We've been coming to this location for several years now. We like to pop in every once in a while to see what's new in the menu. This last visit was a real treat.

Personally myself and my partner have never had an issue with this specific location for the last 2 years. Also, we have always had really good luck with wait staff. We personally really like Dean, he's a super friendly guy who's down for a good conversation! I've personally never had any issues with the food regarding wait time or quality. Hint's why we keep coming back.

Update: I keep getting contacted by the Manager that I dealt with that evening. Obviously I was unhappy with how you handled the situation and will not speak with you on this. The recent 5 star reviews on here are from family members of the workers. FYI This was the worst service ever. Our waitress couldn’t get my husbands order right, my food was cold and so was my sons. The waitress never really checked on us. It wasn’t until towards the end of the meal did she come over. They just comped a dessert but yet charged us full price for cold food and my meal I didn’t even touch.

I couldn't rate the food since it never showed up. Just a simple appetizer and literally an hour later she ask if I wanted to order food. 8 customers in the restaurant and chaos. The employees were more concerned on who was taking the next cigarette break. Stay clear of this establishment, especially if your hungry

Overall it was a nice visit. We were seated right away which I didn’t expect since it was a Friday evening. The service was good. The food was good even through it did take a while to get it. We did the 2 for $23 (or something like that) deal.

The food was amazing, like always, I love Applebee's. It is literally my favorite restaurant, but when I went today with my family, I felt discriminated against because my husband was in his work clothes and I went in sweats and a sweater... The waiter kept ignoring what I asked. I asked for extra ranch for our salads, ignored extra fries for my son, and we got ignored. I ordered a RED BEER and didn't get the tomato jucie, i had to walk to the bar myself! To top it off, the lady walked right past me and didn't even say sorry! I ordered dessert and asked for extra icing for the Cinnabons to go and got ignored until my father in law asked, and she rolled her eyes at him, then got it after. If you don't like your job, don't be working here! Simple!!! I will NEVER go back to this location again!
