Steakhouse No. 316 Boulder

Visited here on a Tuesday night. The service was brilliant (can’t remember his name, sorry!). The quality of the steak was amazing. Definitely worth the price. The sides were also fantastic. We shared the porterhouse (t-bone) and the mash and Brussels between 2 of us. The Brussels were 10/10.

This restaurant seems like it should be great but really misses the mark. The only thing i would order again is the whipped potatoes and french onion soup.. at a steakhouse, that says it all.

The hostess was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Her personality just "fits" the profession. Extremely personable and easy to talk to. Every food suggestion given was on point! The food was outstanding and the Caesar Salad was the best ever. The young lady preparing the salad table side was fun, adorable and cute as a button! My wife and I will return for the service alone!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Steakhouse 316! From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch. Alejandro and JP were both incredible—attentive, friendly, and truly made us feel like VIPs. And a special shout-out to Quinn, the bartender, who gave us of the best wine we’ve ever had. The GM, Brent was an absolute delight and I thought it was a classy touch he introduced himself. They really have an amazing team that makes every guest feel special! The wine list is fabulous, with plenty of options to pair perfectly with their delicious steaks. The atmosphere is a perfect mix of fun and sophistication, with those old-school, classy vibes that make it feel like a special night out. It was the ideal spot for our girls’ night out, and we all left already planning our next visit. Can’t wait to go back!

Came here to celebrate my brother's birthday and it was one of the best meals I've had. The service was also incredible - our server had a snafu, breaking a small tea light candle on the table and the way their team handled the situation was beyond professional and over the top in terms of caring for us. In my opinion, this place blows other Denver area steakhouses out of the water - I had recently eaten at both Elway's and Capital Grille over the holidays and would easily prefer going back here instead if I wanted a steak. The appetizers were fresh and delicious, and my flat iron wagyu was incredible. The only other place I've had a wagyu steak of that quality was at Cafe Monarch in Scottsdale. My only complaint is that a couple next to us could not see their menu well in the dark lighting and was using their phone's flashlight for quite some time, shining it directly in my eyes. The atmosphere is swanky but it's a little dark for some. I also had to wait for the bathroom a couple of times. It is a bit expensive overall but to me it was worth the price for the level of service & food quality we experienced. I will definitely be back!
