I had my first experience at Eddie Merlot's and it was truly amazing!!! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and set the tone for a fantastic evening. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to our waiter, Quinn, who went above and beyond to help make sure my first experience was worthwhile! The meal itself was one of the best I've had in a very long time. I can't remember the last restaurant I've gone to where the food comes out piping hot! This really impressed me! I am definitely going back!

I can't say enough good things about Eddie Merlot’s in Denver. We were in town for my son’s surgery, and at his request for a “yummy steak” we decided to have his last meal before the operation at this wonderful restaurant. Our server, Quinn, was absolutely incredible. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel so special, offering warmth and genuine care that was exactly what we needed during such a stressful time. What truly touched our hearts was the amazing gesture from the entire back-of-house team, including the chef. They all came out to personally wish my son the best of luck with his surgery. It was such a thoughtful, heartfelt moment that made an already memorable evening even more meaningful. In the midst of uncertainty, Eddie Merlot’s provided us with not just a fantastic meal but also an experience we will cherish forever. We are so grateful for their kindness, and we will definitely be back the next time we’re in Denver. Thank you to Quinn and everyone at Eddie Merlot’s for turning a difficult time into something positive and unforgettable!

I didn’t expect much at first, but it turned out to be surprisingly delicious and quickly became my favorite. Chef’s Favorites (Each entrée came with a salad of our choice:) * Lemon Dijon Chicken + Caesar Salad * New Orleans Mixed Grill + Eddie’s House Salad We also had cocktail drinks: * Berry White Martini * Prickly Pear Margarita Carrot cake for dessert. 👌🏻 Everything was well-prepared, flavorful, and nicely presented. The portions were just right, and we left completely satisfied. If you’re looking for a great dining experience with excellent service, I’d definitely recommend this place!

We had dinner for 14 people tonight and we agreed on a solid 4. What was very good: service, dessert and crab cakes. I didn’t taste the steaks but people said it was worth 4 stars. Not great: My ahi tuna appetizer was just average, diced tuna thrown over some chips. I expect more from this high end place. Also, artichoke dip was on the heavy side and potatoes gratin had lots of cheese on top. The outstanding dessert was the peanut butter cup, great presentation and flavor. Mango sorbet was also very good. NY cheesecake was regular good. Overall a good experience however expensive.

For appetizers we started with the filet mignon potstickers, the sauce was a little too sweet and the steak was undercooked and under seasoned 5/10. The server brought bread out to the table which was delicious 9/10. I did the best I could to make sure I saved room for dinner and didn’t eat the entire loaf. For our salad course we got both a wedge salad with ranch that was pretty tasty 7/10 and a chopped salad which was great 9/10, the dressing stands out. For our entrees we got the special 32oz tomahawk with two lobster tails. The lobster was some of the best I have had in Colorado 8.5/10. The steak was cooked perfectly medium rare and was very well seasoned 8.7/10. For sides we had the creamed spinach with bacon which was a 6.5/10, lots of cream and cheese, mild on the spinach but paired well with the steak. We also tried the tempura green beans which were well coated and nice in theory just lacked having any real flavor 4/10. For dessert we had the carrot cake, this was the stand out dish 9.5/10 and I highly recommend. A great way to end our meal. Very big spot with a great atmosphere, plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Great vibe. We look forward to coming back soon and sampling more of the menu.

The appetizers were great the service was great even the managers come up to the table and ask how everything is . I had the bourbon ribeye that was good . Even the drinks and dessert was good . My only problem was my wife ordered the veal shank and it was terrible. $70 for something that was no good . No flavor no nothing. My wife doesn’t like to complain and didn’t want to cause a scene. But we are paying good money. One photo is from there Twitter account and the other is our actual picture. Not sure if I should give them another chance or go back to Perry’s ? My steak was good but they had to go back and redo it . Also I ordered a loaded baked potato and it was cold .
