Very impressed. We put ourselves on the waiting list, and when we got to the door, we had a 5 minute wait. It's already off to a good start. We were taken to our table by a friendly hostess, and then our awesome server Ian welcomed us with perfect customer service. Then, shortly after, the manager came over and provided some upcoming updates and a coupon for our next visit. Then there's the food, the buns are dangerously good, we ordered the combo appetizers, the steak kebab and the 6oz filet. Everything was cooked to perfection. We will definitely return, and I highly suggest giving them a shot!

I have never had such an amazing experience at a restaurant as I did here at Texas Roadhouse in Arvada. Not only was the service fast and kind, but the food was fresh, and it tasted amazing. I appreciate the manager, Chelsea, coming over and greeting us. The whole team went above and beyond. We will definitely be coming back.

It was my boyfriend and I, first time and the manager was amazing. She brought us out a sampler of corn , green chile and bacon green beans and they were really good . My boyfriend got the steak kabob and I got beef tips and it filled me up so much before with the sampler and bread that I know im going to have leftovers for a while. The waiters are nice and funny , really good food. The manager also gave us a card for a free appetizer when we come back . The manager deserves a raise for sure

Although we were originally told 30 minutes for a table we waited an hour. We even used the call ahead feature. We waited quite some time for our food too. It may have been an off night, lots of items were over cooked and The steak was tough, dry and difficult to eat. The house salad didn’t have any croutons but they were so busy, I couldn’t get my severs attention, so it was consumed as is. The loaded baked potatoes was burnt, dry and missing the bacon bits, I had to wait for those and my food was cold by then so it didn’t mix as well together The sweet potatoes was also burnt. They offered to take the food back and remake it. We didn’t want wait again for items to be remade since we declined.

Ate here last night with the family. It was extremely busy and we had to wait a while but it was all worth it. John was our server and he was attentive, nice, and got our food to us fast. The steak was perfectly cooked for each of us which was a big deal. We were afraid it was going to be over cooked especially because it was so busy but it was just to our liking!

This is the last time I eat at this location, but I did not let it ruin my birthday! Ordered the prime rib medium rare and it came out below rare and I usually order my meat one level under because the last few times I have come here, it has been overcooked. I do not like sending food back but did and it literally took 5 minutes to get back. The kids had eaten all their dinner before I even got my prime rib back. The manager brought it out, not sure if she even apologized and asked if it was fine. From what I saw it was, but in reality this second one was worse than the first one (was raw in a good chunk of the meat, that I had not initially seen). I told the manager and she could care less that it was raw, didn't even acknowledge this fact and went and grabbed me my box so I could give this poor cow a decent burial (or should I say cooking) at home. I have given this location more than numerous chances and they just seem to get worse and worse and with tonight's adventure, they are on the permanent banned list. Purchase meat and cook it at home people, this is what I told my kids to do for me from here on forward. The waitress was beyond AWESOME and had no problems whatsoever with her and the atmosphere was great!

We went during the busiest time and were treated amazingly by everyone! Our server especially! His name is Ryan, and he really made the entire night great. I'm pregnant and asked for a million little things, but he was so kind and patient with me. When we come back I will definitely ask for him by name. Best Server Ever!

It was really amazing, the food was delicious, and the portions were quite large—we couldn’t finish them and had to get a to-go box. If you’re really hungry and looking for a tasty meal, this is the place for you!
