Fogo de Chão is a great, unique option for fine dining in Thousand Oaks. I certainly recommend that you arrive hungry as you will without a doubt leave full. Definitely try their traditional Churrasco experience to be able to taste all the different cuts of meat. In addition their small self-serve “market table” as they call it is also quite excellent. There, you can find appetizers and small bites such as smoked salmon, soups, bread, etc. All of which were very good during my visit. Further, the wait staff and restaurant staff in general are absolutely fantastic!! Props to them for being so amazing, & paired with elegant surrounds & atmosphere, Fogo de Chão is certainly a contender for best restaurant in 1000 Oaks, I recommend it!!

I had an incredible dining experience at Fogo de Chão, and a big part of that was thanks to Lexi, our amazing host! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. The food, as always, was top-notch—perfectly seasoned meats, a fantastic salad bar, and delicious sides that complemented everything beautifully. The service was impeccable, and the atmosphere was lively yet sophisticated. I will definitely be returning soon!

Our hostess was tall and brown hair, and her name was Lexi pretty sure? She was so nice as she seated our table! Excellent service! Our server was also the nicest as well! Came here for the first time last year to celebrate my 7 years of sobriety. Came here again this year. Its so good, and they got all the meats. It's quite an experience. And we got the tres leches for dessert 🔥

I had a wonderful dining experience at this unique Steak House! The food was delicious—each cut of meat was cooked to perfection, and the salad bar was fresh and full of great options. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special shoutout to Lisa, the bartender, who made the evening even better! She crafted some of the best cocktails I’ve had in a long time and provided outstanding service with a friendly smile. Her knowledge of drinks and attention to detail made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return!

Awesome meat feast. Ive been to FDC in pasadena but T oaks branch is the best. Our server cody took care of us and he was nice to get what we wanted. And so as zack. In fact, all of their staff were very nice. It was a busy day so i understand the delay. We made sure we didnt have any meal prior to our engagement party so we can have enough meat we like. We left with stuffed meat and veggies. Love the ambiance.
