Lets start with the service. Carla the manager was very accommodating as well. She didn't wait to get me a table. She use a big table even though I didn't need one.My waitress Lisa is such a sweet heart. She's very prompt and nice. The food came out great. And the portion is enormous (Texas Style). So come in hungry.

Just a typical steakhouse chain. Everything came in huge portions but tasted average st best. The buffalo wings were well-fried but not spicy. The baby back ribs were burnt and dry. I won't choose this place if I'm craving for a piece of nice steak.

Great food. My ribeye was one of the best I have ever had. Service was just ok. I was dining alone and had headphones on (which is a pretty clear indication I just wanted to sit alone and enjoy my meal), but the server came by way too many times. I know that might seem like a first world problem, but it got pretty aggravating after awhile. Minor gripe that in no way impacts my overall experience. The food was very good, tons of it, and in my opinion very well priced for the quantity and quality. 2 people could have easily shared the massive meal that I received.

They are in a real need of staffing. However, the food was great. Best steak I had all weekend! I had the cowboy ribeye steak and it was wonderful! I would totally return once I'm in the area again.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! This was my first time ever coming to this restaurant. My husband wanted to come here for his birthday. Everything from the time we walked in, to when we left was nothing short of absolutely amazing! Our waitress, Whitney, had the best customer service I've seen in a really long time. She was sweet, fast, and so patient. I will definitely return here. Thank you for the amazing food (some of the BEST ravioli I've ever tried) and for the birthday experience for my husband.

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! This was my first time ever coming to this restaurant. My husband wanted to come here for his birthday. Everything from the time we walked in, to when we left was nothing short of absolutely amazing! Our waitress, Whitney, had the best customer service I've seen in a really long time. This place use to be good. Not tonight.not even close. In fact it was disgusting and horrible. Bad food, bad service, bad experience. I'd give it 0 stars today if I could. I highly recommend petaluma for cattlemans . This location I think is an isolated horribleness. Servers hair was in the salad. So we got a new salad. Ok. But nothing else. It was never addressed to us personally, there was no discount, nothing. Everybody ignored it like it didnt happen and then ignored us. By the time I got my barbq sauce my steak was cold. Steal was horrible anyway. The potato skins was good but that's about it. Honestly we didnt even want to eat the food after we lost our appetite from eating the servers hair. I dont know what happened. Highly disappointed tonighight. This is usually our go to spot. This was the first time having such a horrible experience there.
