Customer Review Summary
Service was generally good, but during happy hour, it felt a bit short-staffed. The happy hour food received high praise, particularly the ahi poke, crispy calamari, and warm brie. Entrees like rib eye and prime rib were also well-received, with a discount for Landry's program noted. The restaurant boasts beautiful views and a comfortable atmosphere, with quick service noted during the meal. Reviews highlighted the restaurant's elegant decor, friendly staff, and delicious food, though some dishes, like the wagyu sirloin, were criticized for being tough. The wine selection is good and reasonably priced, and the surrounding area offers scenic trails for a pleasant walk. Many diners reported wonderful service and memorable meals, with overall satisfaction leading to a desire to return. Some drawbacks included missing bread service and a lack of acknowledgment for special occasions, but these did not significantly impact the overall experience. Overall, Kincaid's Fish, Chop & Steakhouse is praised for its great food, atmosphere, and service.

Service was good. But of course, since we were there for happy hour, felt a little short staffed, waited a bit longer for things. The happy hour food was excellent! We had the ahi poke with chips, Crispy Calamari, Warm Brie with Macadamia Nut Crust and Beef Bao buns. that would have been enough, but it was my husband's birthday. So we also got entrees, and his rib eye was perfect! I had the prime rib also great, the others had crab and shrim pasta and a burger. Plus We got $25 off for being in their Landrys program.😉

Beautiful views, especially with a full moon and the planes coming in over the water. The atmosphere inside was very nice and comfortable. The service was excellent and much quicker than it normally is at a restaurant of this type. There was more than enough great tasting food. I don't get to San Francisco much, but this will be a place I eat at again.

Gorgeous restaurant on San Francisco Bay. Lovely decor. Staff friendly and attentive. The salad was delicious and was the desert. The wagyu sirloin was a bit tough and lacked failure. It was cooked as ordered. The vegetables that came with it were barely warm on delivery though it was a good variation. The ambience was welcoming. Wine selection is good and fairly priced. There is wonderful trail by the water which would make an enjoyable walk before or after dinner.

Ate here last week and had an absolutely wonderful meal and experience. Erika took excellent care of me, and recommended the crab and shrimp pasta which she was right about. It was perfect! Great service, atmosphere and food! Also wanna give a shout out to the gentleman working the parking lot. That guy was a character and I really enjoyed speaking with him and him welcoming me into and out of the parking lot. One of my all time best dinning experiences. I would highly recommend this location!

Arrived during Happy Hour. The food and cocktails were amazing. The atmosphere was great and the price was surprisingly good for such a nice restaurant. Would come back.

Awesome surprise! Looking for fresh seafood and a fun atmosphere? We decided to give this place a try and it didn’t disappoint! We did the 3 course meal for $49 and sampler. The food was great, drinks are expensive. Wonderful views and elegant dining. We were underdressed but it wasn’t a problem at all. Came early 5:30 by the time we left around 7 place was packed. We didn’t make reservations but if wait to go late you probably need to make them.

This place is like a diamond in the rough. I planned a 60th birthday surprise dinner for my sweetheart last year (2023) Out of 9 people, there were ZERO complaints (and trust me, this is a hard crowd to please). The prime rib was amazing as well as the seafood and the pasta dishes. The food was truly awesome as well as the view of the water and of planes landing at SFO. We returned to this gem for his Mother's birthday just a week ago. 5 out of 5 people...ZERO complaints. I would come back in a heartbeat. Make a plan to go. You will not be disappointed.

We went here to celebrate my birthday. We started in the bar with Happy Hour. We had some delicious Coconut Shrimp and Prime Rib Sliders. Service was excellent. We then went to have dinner in the dining room. It was early and we got a lovely view table right next to a window. Our dinner food was also excellent. My companion had the pork chop. It came with potatoes and several vegetables. I had the Fig Salad and a side of Mac and Cheese. My two faults with service was we were not served bread. I later saw it at other tables and I wondered if it was something that had to be requested but we were not given an option. The other thing that bothered me was the online reservation asked if you were coming for an occasion. I said it was my birthday but when there no one ever acknowledged that.
