Classic staple of Riverside. I've been eating here for over 30 years, and that alone should tell you that the food is worth it. Lots of seating, although they can get busy around the holidays but it's never too much of a wait. Have a nice bar with seating and good beers on tap to compliment your delicious pasta.

We were on our way to another sandwich shop when the train crossed our path. We looked right on the corner and decided spaghetti was a great idea. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table/booth. The upholstered seats we sat on while waiting were very low to the ground. The trolley wasn't being used. Our waiter was the bartender and he was very busy. It did take a long time just to get a drink of water. The waiter looked very exhausted for a young man. Food was as good as expected. I had the minestrone soup. Very hearty and not too tomato looking. I only ate half of my pasta so I wouldn't be too full. The spumoni was perfect way to end a meal.

This is my second time eating at this location. First of all the building is just amazing to view. It’s an old monastery converted into a restaurant but it definitely kept his charm. Very spacious with lots of tables to dine at. On both visits the service was excellent, no complaints. Last time I had the meat lovers plate and it was fabulous. This time I had the Panini & Salad, and it was OK. The salad was fresh and crunchy but or saturated with dressing and the Panini was a bit dry. My one colleague had the meat spaghetti and he said it was excellent. My other colleague had shrimp salad and he said it was delicious. Definitely recommend the old spaghetti factory in Riverside. I will definitely be back.

Man I haven't been to a Old Spaghetti Factory in decades until today. I grew up in SoCal, but moved away forever ago and haven't seen any near home. While hanging out this week Downtown Riverside I met up with my brother who lives nearby for some lunch. We arrived right at opening so parking was a breeze and we were seated right away which was great. The lobby are was nice and loved the colored seating areas. Our waitress greeted us right away and took our drink order. She gave us time to look over the menu since as I said it had been forever since I'd been. I quickly settled on the Chicken Marsala that my niece recommended. Our meals came with a salad as well. I was starving so I was anxious for it all to arrive. In the mean time our server brought us some yummy bread to enjoy. Our food arrived quickly and it looked amazing. The portion size was large and I couldn't wait to dig in. The flavors were on point, sauce yummy and both the pasta and chicken prepared perfectly. To my pleasant surprise at the end of our meal there was spumoni . I didn't see that was included in meal. It was the perfect amount for an after lunch dessert. Service was friendly and efficient. I didn't have to ask for a single thing the entire meal.

This is a must see, must do, quintessential restaurant to visit in Riverside. For roughly $20 you get fresh oven baked bread, salad, spaghetti, AND ice cream!

The food was delicious! I ordered the Sicilian Meatball, the famous baked lasagna, spinach dip, and some sweet drinks! Masterpiece shake, cotton candy limeade and Italian cream soda. We only payed $70. The atmosphere was pretty awesome, it had an old fashion vibe because it is! Its been here since 1969 !
