Had a good time here. Lunch specials are pretty good. Cheaper to go when you order a soft drink from 11AM-2PM. Fries were crispy on the outside. Soft on the inside. Tender Double Cheeseburger. Very well made, mustard brings the patties to life imo. Has a nice sear to it as well. Love their bbq sauce. Love how there is an Island’s in Riverside. Bathroom can use a remodel.

I love this place. Good vibes, good service, great menu. Upscale Burger joints have been modeled after this place. This one specifically is super clean, great for family gatherings, and good service. Food comes out fast and portions are great. It is hard to give less than 4.7/5

Just one year ago the cost of a Hawaiian burger was $14.85 and now it’s priced at $17.39. Those price increases, even in this economy are incredibly greedy and betray what used to be a restaurant meant to offer affordable meals for families. It’s a shame this establishment is sticking it to its customers in this fashion. Edit: I do/did use the loyalty program and even then it seems like you can’t walk away from this place without paying an arm and a leg for what is a basic meal. I don’t see the point of this establishments response…which essentially says: “You’ll have to navigate our loyalty program and time your visits to align with a happy hour to have the opportunity to (not really) replicate what the prices used to be just a year ago.” The old prices were attached to similar programs—they just keep inflating prices, period.

My burger came out absolutely smothered in yellow mustard, it was almost inedible. Also, the prices have gotten insane. Almost all the burger options cost cost well over $17 now. Just a couple months ago, I remember them being under $16. That’s some crazy inflation right there. I thought this was a fast casual chain. These prices do not match that. Unfortunately, I can’t justify eating here anymore. Maybe I’ll consider coming back if they do some soul searching in regards to their pricing model.

I recently visited Islands and had an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to our server, Eric. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. He was knowledgeable about the menu and helped us pick the perfect burgers and sides, making excellent recommendations. Eric's service was attentive without being intrusive. He checked in just the right amount and ensured our drinks were always full. The food came out promptly and was delicious—perfectly cooked burgers with fresh toppings. Overall, Eric made our visit memorable. Great food and top-notch service—I'll definitely be back! Highly recommend asking for him if you go.
