We really enjoyed our first dining experience at Cornelios. Visiting during the week was very easy to get a table for a small party. Service was great, each dish was very tasty, and didn't take long to come out. Of course I recommend the steak dishes but I also want to come back to try more! Desserts were tasty too. Spinach Artichoke app was a nice starter.

We went for Christmas Eve dinner and it was AMAZING!! No need to wait 1 hour for a steak dinner at flemings anymore. The steak and sides are so flavorful! Highly recommend The shrimp side was packed with flavor! the butter cake was so fluffy and will come back just for that!

We loved our experience at this restaurant - the place was new and contemporary in feel, our server Aleeta was very friendly, and the food was amazing! The Cowboy steak (good for 2!), Louisiana style sautéed shrimp, onion soup, mushroom sides, bread pudding, and red wines were all very good. We highly recommend this place - worth a visit! [Note - this restaurant is not a chain; it is a stand-alone restaurant.]. We went based on reviews… and it did not disappoint!!

I recently dined at Cornelio's Steak House in Rancho Cucamonga and was thoroughly impressed! Arriving around 6:30 PM, I found the place already bustling with all tables reserved, which speaks volumes about its popularity. Opting to sit at the bar, I was immediately welcomed by two friendly bartenders who provided excellent service throughout the evening. I started with a glass of Hahn cabernet, which was perfect for the evening. The calamari appetizer soon followed, featuring a light breading complemented by two delightful dipping sauces—both of which set the stage for the main course. The star of the meal was the 22 oz. Cowboy Bone-In Ribeye, cooked to a perfect medium rare and served sizzling on a hot plate. Each bite was a taste of heaven! Note that sides are served à la carte, which allows for customized pairing with their delectable mains. Given the quality of the food and the service, I felt the meal was well worth the investment. I would definitely recommend Cornelio's to anyone looking for a top-notch steak in the area and look forward to my next visit.

The filet was juicy and tender with crispy char. Large baked potato. Service was fantastic. You could tell there was teamwork and a focus on the customers as soon as they walked in the door. This is probably the only high-end steakhouse within a 20 mile radius that is open before noon.

First, let me say, WOW! The steak that I received last night was out of this world! I consider myself to be a top tier steak chef, but after tasting the 14oz Rib Eye that the chef on duty last night made, I may consider myself the second best. Food was astounding and the service was impeccable! The atmosphere was very calm and warming. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me! We will be back!

Excellent service and food. A gem in the Inland Empire. Steak was perfectly cooked and seared, and not too salty. Broccoli was perfection. Mashed Potatoes were excellent and not overly garlic seasoned. Very efficient and attentive servers rounded about a fantastic experience. Would recommend over Flemings, Sycamore or any local steakhouse. Now they just need more wines by the glass and the full liquor license.

Very average steakhouse in the IE. Prices aren’t bad but don’t expect the best steak you’ve ever had. Ordered ribeye medium and it was a bit overcooked and the meat itself lacked flavor and seasoning. Also ordered a wedge salad to start which was above average and fairly priced @ $12. I’m convinced half the reviews here and reddit are from friends and family 🤷🏼‍♂️
