Haven’t been to a Red Lobster in years and decided to swing in and try it — and loved it! Food was fresh and hot and the service was superb. Thank you to our server, and to Victoria for the extra customer care.

So glad this location remains open. Always enjoyed their lobster here, and the service is always great! If you ask for the live Maine lobster, ask if they can do it stuffed (not on menu anymore). The crispy dragon shrimp appetizer is also tasty!

From the start the staff was friendly, I know sometimes it can be a tuff day at this type of job but they smile regardless. Thank you for that! Seating was quick, food was delicious, and the service was awesome! Thank you so much for the great experience, till next time! 😊

I can't believe the Red Lobster in Montclair closed down, but at least we found a gem in this location! Our waiter, Bronson, was a total newbie but he rocked it like a seasoned pro. He kept our drinks full and checked in on us constantly - talk about customer service! If anyone has anything bad to say about this place, they clearly haven't tried it for themselves. My girlfriend practically ascended to seafood heaven with her snow crabs, and my salmon, lobster, and grilled shrimp dish was out of this world - even if it was a tad salty (thanks, butter). And don't even get me started on those biscuits... they disappeared faster than you can say "Red Lobster." We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area. Cheers to Bronson and his first day success story!

The food was absolutely delicious, especially the brussels sprouts and lobster dip. We have been to this location twice and the service has been consistently good.

We were craving Red Lobster, so picked up some food to go. Shrimp Alfredo and Bar Harbor Lobster bake, and of course the biscuits. We went just after lunch. After getting back home, we were extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. For one, there was barely any sauce in the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake, it was very dry. Second, the pasta was over cooked and very gummy. Third, no seasoning at all. The overcooked pasta really ruined the meal and made it very difficult/disgusting to eat. I have to say this was the worse experience we've ever had there. I called and spoke to the manager, Jason was very nice and apologetic, and offered a full refund. I'm not sure what happened, but this meal was very disappointing. Typically it's not like this.

If this is your 1st time visiting, the entrance is located right across from Olive garden. The food was tasty, well seasoned and came out hot and fresh. Service is also attentive as well. We always enjoyed the biscuits while dining here, always need to ask for refills, it is that good.
