It was a fun experience! The staff were kind, and the service was prompt. Once we we're seated, we were greeted by our waitress. The place was packed, and the service was amazing. We had a complimentary picture taken, and of course, we bought an extra picture. The photographer was sweet and encouraged us to do a silly picture. (We bought the silly one, of course) The price of food and drinks was decent, not to spendy and the food tasted great. If you're looking for a family-friendly fun experience that's moderately priced, this is the place!

The atmosphere at Rainforest Cafe is fantastic for children—fun, interactive, and visually exciting with all the jungle-themed decor and animatronics. However, the food was highly disappointing. It lacked flavor and didn’t feel fresh, especially for the price. If you're visiting, it's more for the experience and entertainment than for the dining quality.

Its just like how I remembered it as a kid! The immersive jungle ambiance with the storm at every half an hour. It was great to revisit many years later. It was PACKED on a saturday night. They stopped taking walk-ins at 7pm, so reservations are a must! The american fare food was seriously good. Would say its a step above other American restaurants such as Applebees. Especially the steak! It was perfectly medium rare and juicy.

I ordered two sides of creole butter for my dad and me. When the server arrived, she brought out two enormous bowls of butter—way too much. To make matters worse, she attempted to charge my dad $6 for it. We had previously been charged nothing for the same butter, so we confronted the manager about the discrepancy. The manager tried to justify the excessive charge by suggesting that we should have specifically ordered the 2-ounce butter. This attitude was dismissive and made us feel like we were at fault. To add insult to injury, she took the remaining butter back. To top it off, the manager’s demeanor was unfriendly and unapproachable. If she’s in charge of this establishment, she clearly needs more training in customer service. Considering the high price of the lunch, the poor customer service we experienced was a significant blow. It’s a shame because this restaurant has the potential to be a great dining experience, but it needs to address these issues promptly to avoid a decline in business.

From the reservation clerk, to the concierge, to the waitress, our experience today was amazing. My wife, grandmother, son and I had a great dinner here and tons of fun. The pricing was EXTREMELY fair considering the high quality of the food and service. I was surprised by the low cost of the meal at the end. Thank you for providing such a great, family friendly, delicious experience to us!

Amazing atmosphere last time I came was when I was a kid! It transported me to the rainforest and back to an amazing time I had as a kid! The food was just as amazing and service was quick and attentive!

I was there just by myself and found seating at the bar immediately! The bar chairs caught my attention and I stayed for food there. Fish tacos were great. Fresh and tasty. Great atmosphere even for adults!
