We were seated in no time, food was delicious and Everyone was very friendly, our chef was amazing and he did a great job, the calamari and scallops were very tender and juicy and the steak was cooked to perfection, the fried rice was okay and salad was fresh, the place looks like it is not very new and maybe could need a quick modern refresh, everything was great and we are coming back

I called and made a reservation for 2:30pm February 1st. We came in and were seated shortly thereafter. There were a couple of people still waiting to be seated. Our orders were taken and we waited patiently. I began to wonder where the chef was and looked at the clock, the time was now 3:23pm. I looked over and saw the people that were seated after us were already being served and their chef was cooking for them. I understand they usually are busy however patrons expect to be served within a reasonable timeframe and not after patrons who were still in the waiting area. It would be nice if they can ensure they have enough chefs and place the chefs at the tables based on times the patrons are seated.

We had an amazing dining experience at Benihana, thanks to Chef Tommy! From the moment he started, his energy and skill were incredible. He put on a great show while preparing our meal, and the food was absolutely delicious. Each dish was cooked to perfection, and you could tell he really cares about the quality of his work. Tommy was friendly, engaging, and made the entire meal enjoyable. It was one of the best dining experiences we've had in a while. Highly recommend Chef Tommy if you’re looking for excellent food and a fun atmosphere! Thank you, Tommy, for making our night unforgettable!

I've left review and comments with Benihana website and got no call or email in return. We went to eat there and the grill was not clean, we asked the cook to clean as my daughter can get sick easily as well with allergens, or any of us. It should be clean before cooking. He wiped it down and said it was clean. We were up all night with our 2 daughters vomiting and diarrhea. The server came to the table and did not refill and or take any of the old dishes. I get your busy but it's not a cheap place to eat to have such horrible service and no customer care.

Food was good and enough, not like that was the entertaining show which was deficient, Chef was more interest on what going on around that his table, service was so so either, I did order a beer first which came almost 15/20min warm then order a Pinot Grigio garafe and came warm also, I did return it to be more chill, to my surprised the wine come back 5min later chilled with ice in a coctel mixer, really! 🙄 I ended up order a red wine insted. Regular coctels way too expensive👎

Had an 11pm New Year's Eve reservation, purposely for the entertainment of the dinner and to ring in the New Year with my teens. Although our chef Diego did an exceptional job at flavoring and prepping our food. Sadly he didn't do any of the presentation/show. A couple with their teen sitting at our table, were beyond disturbed, told us that we were jipped! No volcano onion. No food tossed in our mouths. No flaming anything. Spent over $300 for 5 of us and there was Zero "wow" factor. Super disappointed. A rice heart is all that was worthy of a pic.

Food is flavorful. Great place for large parties. The filet was amazing, but for the price, a couple more ounces would have been appreciated. Service was attentive and accommodating. If you're a small party, it is strange in the post covid era to be randomly sat next to children.
