We ordered the pork chop & applesauce, grilled angus ribeye, brussel sprouts, baby back ribs, and “fisherman’s cioppino”. Food: 3-4/5 depending on dish Service: 4/5 Ambiance: Casual vibes with a elevated cozy ambiance Value: 3/5 The best dish that we agreed as a group, was the angus ribeye, followed by the cioppino. The cioppino primarily for the flavor of the soup/sauce. However it wasn’t like the ingredients were super fresh. The ribeye was cooked well, but again wasn’t a steak that you would feel like this is an “amazing ribeye”. The ribs were by far the least favorite. They were dry. While it was still an enjoyable meal, food was overall a miss for us. Service: friendly staff, only reason I took a star off is because they could’ve been more attentive with drink refills. Some slack because the restaurant was busy. The ribs did come out with the wrong side and the restaurant did give us the correct side in addition at no charge so that’s good. Value: while pricing aligned to what I expected it to be, for what you are paying, I’d probably eat elsewhere. I would come back, but would try other restaurants first.

First time visiting Townhouse, and it definitely won’t be my last! The cocktail I tried was perfectly crafted, refreshing, and balanced. The appetizers were a fantastic start to the meal, but the real star was the ribs—absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere and service were top-notch, making it a great spot for a night out. Highly recommend!

I have been here at least 4x and each time (weeknight evening) the food is great and service is top notch! I wish I remembered our waitress’ name but she was friendly, helpful, and attentive; same with her assistant and food server. The ambiance is great with soft music in the background. It is the place to be for me to eat dinner with friends I haven’t seen in a long time. They were closed but they still let us stay (didn’t realize they were closed because of our conversation). I am sure you will enjoy it as much as I have!

It was clear who the seasoned staff were from the onset by the ‘second nature’ attention to detail. However that was the ONLY difference. The commitment to customer service was evident across the board! *Now worthy -The spirit of team work was evident in the support the seasoned staff offered to their new peers. In solidarity and without judgement or shaming! I love it 💗 Shout out to Grace! I see you 😉 It took a little minute for the entree to arrive however in the mean time folks checked in, made sure I was good and the food was worth the wait! I can’t say enough. And special thanks to Brooke for taking good care! WELL DONE TOWNHOUSE!!! I will definitely be returning. ✨💜✨ Also, don’t sleep on the dessert menu!!!

My mom, our friend and I enjoyed a lovely dinner here! Everything was exceptional- wonderful cioppino; especially the scrumptious grilled garlicky cheese bread. Service was subdued, mellow, fastidious, competent. The vibe is lively! There was loud, enjoyable live jazz. Not to my surprise, the clientele were mostly the wealthy, privileged upper crust of the Bay Area. They know where to find good food when price is no object!

Great place! The ambience of the classic townhouse was fantastic. Great menu. I had the pasta with Bolognese sauce... delicious. The drinks were also top notch. Highly recommended.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants ; but it seems like they’ve made some significant (negative) changes. If you’re expecting the Townhouse from a few years ago, I think you’ll come away highly disappointed. It’s quite a shame because their pork chop was one of my favorite meals in the area, and my last visit it was closer to run of the mill diner fare than restaurant fare. Photo evidence below to prove it (one from 2021 and one from 2024). This could be said of the rest of the meal as well. Won’t return, sad to say.
