Tacos Mi Rancho

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but I was not happy with my Asada nachos. The meat was so cold and the cheese was not melted. I got it delivered by DoorDash, which should have been enough time to melt the cheese with the heat of the meat, but how could it if the meat tasted like it just came out the fridge. I am disappointed since I’ve eaten here in the past and they’re usually good.

1st time here. Looked really good, smells good, meat taste good, but it's really dry. Even with the two different cheeses and sauces. I wish the meat and cheese was melted better with the fries, then maybe it wouldn't be so dry.

Almost as cold as outside. My friend asked for tortillas( clearly) with her meal,..told they don't have any. I placed my order..and I got tortillas with my meal. We were confused. Of course I shared my tortillas with my friend. Of course if my friend had to pay extra for tortillas that wouldn't have been a problem, they never presented that option. My meal..eh, bland. I ate very little, took home to add flavor. Don't think I'll return.

We call this the zombie truck and for good reason lol the very first time we pulled up a couple of years ago, there were people EVERYWHERE, leaning on the side of the truck, sitting in front of it, leaning against cars...and everyone was stuffing their faces and looked zombie like. We said WELL that food has to be good! AND IT IS!! We just got back from a weekend getaway to the Bay area and found it again on accident. I had 3 tacos, the shrimp one was delicious..could have had a little less of their sauce on it but it was still delicious. I also had a steak taco and got a taste of that steak! It was SO good! The chicken on my chicken taco was shredded which disappointed me. I thought it was weird to have shredded chicken on a street taco but they didnt offer me a choice when I ordered so I just ate it. It was okay, but I definitely preferred the grilled. Their steak is perfection, perfectly seasoned and delicious. We went back 2 days later and I got the steak and shrimp loaded fries and they are AMAZING. My friends got the burritos with steak and they loved them too. Don't be intimidated by the atmosphere or the crowd, there is always a guard on site and I have never in my 4 visits seen an issue with anyone. AWESOME food truck!!

I feel bad for the jerks the staff have to deal with. Kudos for putting up with them and I'm sorry you have to deal with that type of nonsense. I commend your patience. As for your burritos... they are not great. I think this is possibly the worst burrito I've had in the East Bay, maybe bottom three. Very oversalted and just not very tasty.

The didn’t give me the sauce that I asked for.. the tacos are dry af without sauce (just saying) other then that food has always been good here no complaints other then not having sauce added to tacos or at least if a customer ask they should listen and put it in the bag

Meh. I got the steak and shrimp nachos and there was barely any steak. The food was practically pretty cold when it came time to eat and the food lacked flavor. Very bland.

100% the absolute first stop I will make no matter where I fly into in the Bay Area. Hands down the best quesadillas on planet earth. Flew in today to SFO, first stop Tacos Mi Rancho, I’m not even staying in Oakland, but it is absolutely worth the trip just for this food. The super quesadilla with shrimp is my go to and I highly recommend it!! SO GOOD.
