Came in around 630 pm on a Thursday . The owner greeted and seated us quickly ! Service was on point as well as the drinks. The bartender that they have there was very personable and provided great service ! Food came out quick and was Magnificent ! Their macaroni was Great and was a relief as i have not been able to find good macaroni in the Bay . The chicken was also fried to perfection ! The new locations vibe is immaculate ! Overall 10/10 would recommend and we will be back!

This is a great family owned restaurant. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The food was really delicious . I had Michele's fried chicken sandwich and wasn't disappointed. It was a large portion size and the chicken was very juicy. The fresh coleslaw was made in house and gives it a nice flavor. Come check it out!

We went here to have lunch and understandable, we were there during a conference and they were running out of food. But to not be prepared and then have the waiter come and tell you after waiting for an hour and a half that there’s no other sides that you ordered after already telling us there we couldn’t get the original sides for our order. That’s complete bullshit. And then the owner had the nerve to come out and say we’re gonna be OK. Sir, you need to do better. The only saving grace was the host Jeffrey who was everything wonderful and amiable. I wouldn’t eat here again if you paid me and it’s unfortunate because the food did look good. But with this kind of service, you can keep that to yourself. If I could, I would give it a -2.

Everything was a TEN!!!! I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile. Ma and I decided to get a late lunch on a Saturday. The place is sort of small, but it was only about a 5 minute wait for a table. There’s a full bar with seating and bigger tables for larger parties as well. I have to sayyyyy. THE ENTIRE STAFF AIMS TO PLEASE! Everyone was so warm & welcoming. Chris made sure we had everything we needed and was super friendly. Okay so for food we got: 2 chicken wings with a waffle , Mac and cheese, greens, and yams. Literally all delicious. The fried chicken was some of the best I’ve ever had , the Mac & cheese tasted like my cousins who makes it every year for thanksgiving because it’s bomb, and the greens were fresh. The yams were perfection. Perfectly sweetened. This is probably the best meal Ma & I had during her visit to California (and she was here visiting me for 2 weeks). What I appreciated is that all of the food came out HOT and ready to eat. Also the prices are fair. Next time i have to try the peach cobbler, I will def be back. Make sure you check this spot out. I have to shout out to whoever’s playlist was on. They were playing old school r&b and afrobeats. My fav.

Came here with my family to celebrate our Uncle's 61st Birthday 🎂. The owner was very nice and so was the waiter! The owner let us sample some foods before we order, thank you so much again!

I ate my plate finished my boyfriends plate and had dessert. Service was phenomenal. Will happily be making regular visits.

I’ve been going to this establishment since before it changed locations, and I must say the new location is a vibe. The food was delicious, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the soda machine wasn’t working and I was thirsty. Other than that, I love this place.
