Sizzler

I recently visited the Sizzler in Murrieta, CA, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere was exceptionally clean and inviting, which made dining here comfortable. The staff was awesome – very attentive, friendly, and quick to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked, with a good variety of options. I enjoyed the quality and selection. However, I ordered the chicken and rib combo, and while it was tasty, the portion size was a bit disappointing, especially for the price. The combo was smaller than expected, which left me wanting a bit more. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, friendly place with good salads and attentive service, though I’d probably try something different next time!

We went in for the salad bar and burger. Linda was our server and she was great. The salad bar was very nicely supplied with fresh items and delicious options. The prime rib burger was excellent, very tasty. Linda was very nice and on top of our drink refills and clearing used plates. She checked on us several times and made sure we didn’t need anything further. We look forward to returning for another satisfying meal. Thank you Linda for excellent service!

Excellent place to take the family to eat! I was impressed with how spotlessly clean the restaurant is. The manger Guerillmo greeted us at the door and checked on us throughout our meal. Our server, Lee, was outstanding! His customer service skills were excellent. We'll definitely go back!

Sice I was a little kid, I have been going to sizzler. I was presently surprised at the freshness of all the food. My steak was cooked perfectly, the restaurant was incredibly clean, and the salad bar had an incredible variety. John, the manager really knows how to make you feel welcomed. She was INCREDIBLY friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at HOME. Her energy and professionalism were unmatched—she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and even checked in MULTIPLE times to make sure we were HAPPY. Food was good. Had a slight issue with a buffet item but the manager was wonderful in handling it and we left very satisfied! I believe his name was Guillermo but he was an excellent manager and gave great customer service.
