Customer Review Summary
Upon arrival, the restaurant had no host, leading to a DIY seating experience. The manager was multitasking but missed giving the complete menu. Service from the server was attentive, but communication regarding burger cooking options was unusual. The burger had a good taste but was excessively wet, causing a messy experience. Fries were dry and unsatisfactory, leading to a disappointing meal overall. Despite some attentive service, food quality and atmosphere felt lacking. Positive experiences included $1.00 Margaritas and good food at another visit, though some staff were unaware of happy hour. Service quality varied; some visits featured excellent servers and managers, while others had issues with order accuracy and timing. Overall, while some locations impressed with friendly service and satisfactory food, consistency remains a concern across different experiences.

Date: 1/1/25 Time: 6–8 PM Upon arrival, there was no host to greet me—a possible cost-saving measure? I made my own way to the bar area, where the manager approached me as she entered from the service booth. She asked if I preferred a table or a booth, and after I chose a table, she handed me one of the menus from her stack. Notably, she didn’t include “The Really Big Meal Deal” menu. Curious if the deal had expired, I walked over to my server, Sharreece, who confirmed that the deal was still active. It seems the manager is pulling triple duty as a hostess and busser, which could explain the oversight. Sharreece asked how I wanted my Big Classic Bacon Cheeseburger cooked, offering the options “pink” or “not pink.” I requested medium rare, and she selected “pink” in the system. For context, a server at another Applebee’s once explained that “pink” and “not pink” were the only options available—an unusual practice compared to most burger chains. Still, I appreciated the clarity of those choices. My ice water was first served in a plastic cup, but before I could finish it, Sharreece returned with another water, this time in a glass. It was unexpected, especially as it arrived while I was in the middle of eating my burger. As for the food: the burger was so wet that the bottom bun collapsed before I could finish half of it. Meanwhile, the fries—though visually appealing with a nice golden color—were extremely dry, reminiscent of reheated day-old fries. I’m generally not picky when it comes to fries, but these left me disappointingly parched. Sadly, I ended up leaving most of them uneaten. The burger patty was overly moist but tasted good, with lettuce appeared to come from the thick, bitter core of an iceberg lettuce head. The burger was so messy that I had to ask the manager for additional napkins, as only one was initially provided, wrapped around unnecessary utensils. If burgers this wet are being served, cloth towels might be a better solution. This was the first time an Applebee’s meal didn’t meet expectations. While Sharreece and the manager attempted to provide attentive service despite appearing overworked, the food quality left much to be desired. The fries were dry and unsalted, the burger was excessively wet, and the overall dining atmosphere felt sterile. I hope they can improve.

$1.00 Margaritas that are delicious! Yes please. Had myself their Honey BBQ Boneless Wings and three Margaritas. Came to $10.00 plus tax. Cannot beat that deal. Food was great, atmosphere was nice and the staff was very helpful. Will be returning soon!

We came there for happy hour. Workers didn't even know it was happy hour. My kids asked for crayons, and they said there is none. We ordered, but our server seemed irritated and did not advise us that our appetizers were part of the happy hour price. We ordered drinks and that was late and our other drink never came. Overall, I don't think we will be dining at this location anytime soon or in the future.

Our Server Jessie was incredible!! So attentive and warm and smiling! The manager Concepcion was the 1st person who greeted and seated us. Also very warm and smiley!! Not at all the last time we saw the manager. She helped wherever and whenever, it seemed. A great upbeat atmosphere! We will be back!

The food here tonight was eh but got the job done. The service was pretty good. I absolutely love the atmosphere. I think it took about 15 mins for my group to be served.I came in a group of three people total. We had some issues paying bc of the thingy, but it was nice. We weren’t happy with some things but oh well.

Service was excellent from the beginning. Our waitress and the managers on duty were all excellent. The food is always excellent. Best French onion soup around. The new bourbon swiss mushroom burger is top notch. We'll definitely be back.

Loved the food but the evening staff sucked. Got the appetizer before the drinks and didn't get any refills and waited forever to get the bill after asking.
