Sizzler

You know I'm a germafobe when it comes to food and how it's prepared at restaurants. With that said, this restaurant failed and returned my appetite for various reasons. #1 I watched a women in the restroom not wash her hands after she did the #2 then proceed to the salad bar to make a salad. Another taste her food with her fingers in her mouth as she made her salad. There's so much contamination going on with those tongs amongst people yet no one seems to care until they get sick. Needles to say, "I passed on the said bar." #2 I witness a server scratch and touch her face to picking a scab off her elbow without washing her hands then grab food to serve other's. That in itself is a health code/food handling violation. #3 My food was of poor quality in terms of preparation. My potato was hard and overcooked, my grilled shrimp was mushy and greasy my rice pilaf slightly crunchy. I wanted to take it back but I was too tired after I arrived at my hotel to eat it. I'm so tired of less than quality food at restaurants who look forward to tips but can't produce quality food or service. I'll never go back to this chain it's one of the worst I've been too after 6 six years of not going at all due to previous problems. Sizzlers has one of the best salad bars but the germs from nasty people touching them and falling into the food is a PROBLEM!!!

Always a pleasure to have a warm welcome and great service and GOoD food, Deanna did an amazing job!! Salad bar was fully stocked and so much to chose from! Burger was cooked just right!

We arrived for a good steak and salad we got what we were looking for the food was great the host and hostess and waitress were all amazing . We couldn’t finish our drinks and the waitress was right there with another one . Always very attentive to our needs and very respectful. Deanna Matas smile and generosity was more than welcoming and food was great prices are not comparable. Thank you.

I had an amazing experience at the Modesto sizzler! All of the employees were friendly and checked on me often. The cashier Lorenzo was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked up. Very efficient and helped me with my order. Nathan was my server. Very attentive and kind. Another server I interacted with was Alex he was friendly and helpful as well. Thank you! I will definitely be back!

Lorenzo was the cashier and he was friendly and accommodating. Our server was attentive by coming over and refilling my son's drink and bringing us more bread. He checked to see if we needed anything. The food was good, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Makkiyah was the best server ever. But the actual food would receive a 1 star for sure my cup was dirty so I had them remake my lemonade then the 2nd one that came out had plastic in the cup but all the straws are made out of paper… Tbh I would never come back again. They do not honor there prices online even though it was on their actual website. So besides the server, the restaurant it’s self I give a 1 only because I can’t leave a negative star.

I'm a little late posting this but went here with my friend for lunch. Pretty empty when we got there but it filled up quickly! Cassie was our server and she was on top of it!! She kept our drinks full and our endless shrimp coming! She went above and beyond !! She was AWESOME!!! Our steaks were cooked perfectly and salad bar was well stocked. Everything was perfect! Will go again as I never have had an issue at this Sizzler(Modesto). Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.
