Cool Hand Luke's Steakhouse

I was excited to try this place as the prime rim came highly recommended. The decor was charming but the light level was a little low for steakhouse dining. I looked over the menu fully intending to get the prime rib. I must say it was a little underwhelmed by the available side dishes. I ordered the prime rib with a side of steak fries and beans. The prime rib was good but nothing I would sing praises about and there was way too much pepper in the beans. When I asked my friend who recommended this establishment they said the prime rib used to be a lot better. I guess I must have tried it too late. All in all it was good but not great.

Took my wife her on a date Place was super clean and friendly staff. Food was amazing. Place was kinda dark as you walk in but definitely a great place for a date night idea. I definitely whould recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to eat steak.

I didn't like the food. I ordered a salmon with a side of green beans. The waitress didn't tell me the beans were with bacon neither the menu. I think they have to mention that; and they were tremendously salty. The beans had tons of peper that I couldn't eat them. I was expecting better food

The staff is really what has me coming back to this location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard!!! The employees are just so darn nice and great! Thank you!!!! I know how hard it can get sometimes but let me tell you this staff is the best!!! They sat our party of 13 immediately, Daniel and Bell were phenomenal, don’t let the bad reviews steer you away . We couldn’t wait to write this review . On top of everything the food was really good too! Steaks are top notch . Thanks again !!

I've been here several times and always had great service and food until tonight! Tonight we arrived at 7 pm and we sat in the "saloon". At approximately 7:15, we had to go to the front desk to request service. It was another 10 minutes before anyone approached us, and that was the backup bar tender. This guy was fantastic. He was on it and was very friendly. Once the waitress and everyone got it together, it wasn't bad service. I don't know what took so long to realize we were there. We were a party of 3, and we have never had this happen before. Call it a fluke? Maybe. The other parties food was great, but I ordered the outlaw ribeye, and it was overcooked. I eat my steak medium rare, and it was medium to well. The flavor was not that great, and it was tough. I'll give them another try, because like I said before, this was a first bad experience. Every other time was definitely 4 and 5 stars. Hopefully, they get their stuff together because I really like this place.

It was about 10pm when waitress let us know are food would be ready shortly, shortly took a while so ended up asking if they can just make it to-go. One of the worst dine in experiences I've ever had but when I got home to finally eat my cold food, it wasn't half bad 😅 gunna give this place another chance one of these days.

The server on the other hand was amazing, very sweet. 5 stars to our server 1 star for the taste of the food. 9/28/22 Gave this place another try, because they are running the prime rib dinner for two special. For 39.99. Took almost 45 minutes to set us, because they are short handed. Not because there was no tables. That was OK though. Our server was awesome, Very nice young man, took our order. The prime rib was good. Our baked potatoes was not done, hard on the inside. Salad was good. Bread and the beans were good. Not sure if I will give it another chance.
