The restaurant is located at 3400 West Olive Avenue, Burbank, CA. The restaurant is barely visible from the street. The parking area is below the restaurant. The parking area is a shared paid parking area. The parking structure is multiple levels and extends a long distance underground. There are no directions or signs posted. The restaurant reimburses a maximum of $4.00. The balance on leaving the parking area was $12.50. There is a one page menu that is extensive. The prices on the menu are higher than of restaurants in the area. This is an upscale restaurant. The dishes served were very good. The restaurant is good for a couple to large groups.

Morton's Steakhouse did not disappoint me on my first visit. As a single diner, I sat at the warm and comfortable bar with Cindy as my bartender. I could not have been more pleased with the food and service. I had the steak and lobster and it was cooked perfectly. Do not hesitate to order the surf and turf or the grand chill platter. See photos.

“I recently visited Morton’s for my birthday, and while I was looking forward to a special meal, the food was unfortunately a bit underwhelming. The steak lacked seasoning, and overall, the dishes weren’t as impressive as I’d hoped. However, the service truly made up for it! Brenda, our server, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. She went above and beyond to make our experience memorable despite the food not being perfect. Thanks to her exceptional service, we still had a great evening.”

Monday night I wanted to treat myself to a steak dinner. I went to Morton’s the Steakhouse. Ordered the Prime Cajun Ribeye medium charred. I asked the server what is “Oscar style” lobster. I wanted an “Enhancement” instead of her explaining, with an attitude and performance with hip action and all she said “It’s Oscar style.” I ended up ordering the cold water tail. Once my food arrived. My steak was burned. Not juicy and completely denatured. When I asked about it the server said “When you order charred you get charred.” I was pissed by her comment. I’m at a steakhouse if the cook doesn’t know how to prepare a medium charred steak he should be cooking it. I honestly feel like this steak should have never been served.

S-tier service and tender cuts of steak. The waitress we had was delightful. Meets quality steakhouse expectations. Complimentary onion bread with soft butter to start, a classic. Baked potato, certified. Satisfactory char, and a marinaded/glazed sweetness on the Prime Bone-in Ribeye. I prefer a meatier profile to my steaks, but the clean plate can't complain. Very good overall.

Unfortunately our experience here was HORRIBLE. My husband and I went out for my birthday & last minute decided to try morton’s since our favorite steakhouse (nick & stefs) was closing early. We saw online they were having a dinner deal (tomahawk, salad, 2 sides for $169) sounds great enough for the both of us. we arrived at our reservation time 8:… & waited about 15 minutes to get sat, no problem we have patience. Once we sat down we waited about 5 minutes before our waitress brought out the menus & asked if we wanted sparkling or still, we chose bottled Panna. once she brought that out she asked if we wanted drinks from the bar we opted out because I am pregnant & my husband was the driver for the night (this is when I feel things turned sour ) obviously alcohol is where they make their sales & I know this because I was a waitress I used to work for a landry’s restaurant as well. She returned and asked if we were ready to order & that’s when I asked about their “special” for the night & she said we don’t have a special & I brought up the tomahawk deal they were having & she continued that’s not a special, that’s a whole different menu & made me feel dumb. walked away & grabbed the smaller paper menu. came back & verbatim “are you guys ready”. We never received a proper introduction (what her name was, asked us if we dined at morton’s before , give us a run down of the menu) we sat and watched as the tables around us received great service and respect & we felt as if we were treated like we were eating at mcdonalds. when our steak came it was Medium Rare although I ordered it Medium. At this point I had a bad taste in my mouth from the service I wasn’t going to complain & have her give us worse service. we had a slice of steak each & packed it to go. The “loaded” Mashed Potatoes were literally mashed potatoes with cheese on top that was burnt, No flavor what so ever. Although it was horrible service we still left her $34 or $36 on subtotal of $183 because maybe she was having a bad night & took it out on us, remember I was a waitress I get it, I also didn’t want to live up to the stereotype she probably created of us when we walked in. I should have left $0 but we were generous . Save yourself the trip & make your way to the next steakhouse & get your moneys worth & great service . Taylor do better . (the only reason we know her name is because of our receipt).

I highly recommend Morton’s Steakhouse in Burbank, CA. Super professional staff and delicious appetizers/entrees. Our waitress, Juliana, provided five star service and made a friend’s birthday celebration extra special. I am definitely coming back to this place for dinner once again. Thank you so much!

I’ve been to ALOT of steakhouses, but Morton’s will forever be my number 1 choice. Every single time it’s the same quality. Absolutely amazing food. Best steaks I’ve ever had. That Cajun ribeye is out of this world. Wow. Supremely great! And that fresh baked bread they bring out with the butter. Wow wow wow. LOVE IT! Prime New York steak is also very very good. I get that also. Service is great! Great team of staff! And the atmosphere is just super chill. Very romantic. See you guys next time! As always thank you very much for the great hospitality!
