Service is highlighted positively in several reviews, particularly from attentive staff members like Keith and Kori, who provided exceptional hospitality. Several complaints focus on food preparation inconsistencies, including overly salty dishes and issues with cooking temperatures, impacting enjoyment. Some diners reported dissatisfaction with specific items, such as soggy appetizers and oddly flavored desserts, detracting from the overall experience. The food and drinks were really good and yes, I will be back in the future. I only have 2 complaints. The first, is that while I was putting my steak and mushrooms into to go boxes, the guy came up and removed my salad, which I still had about half of it and had planned on finishing it after packing up my other stuff. Had he not taken my food before I was done with it, I would have given 5 stars. (I didn't realize he took it, until I had finished packing up the other food, I saw him taking my husbands empty plate and glass, but I didn't think he would grab a bowl with food in it, while I was literally putting the other food in to go boxes) The second is that my husbands steak was slightly overly salty and not consistently cooked.

It's a very nice restaurant. I like the decor and the overall atmosphere. The food was ok. It had plenty of flavor but was lacking in a couple departments. I had crab cakes as an appetizer. They were just ok. Breaded and tasted like bland in their mixture. I also ordered the filet with crab, fried asparagus, and brussel sprouts. The sprouts were delicious, first and foremost. The asparagus was interesting, but cooked perfectly. I ordered my steak rare, it was a little less than rare, the middle was still very uncooked. There's a difference between rare and raw. I can look past that, it was still tasty and a little raw never bothers me. Not all are going to be ok with this. Lastly, service. I understand we had a large group. However, we only had one server who was very slow and I overheard her make a rude comment about a to-go order that one person in my group had asked for and didn't receive. We came in about 815, seated at about 830, we were told we could get in with plenty of time and still didn't get our food until 10 with very few people in the restaurant overall. We were not rushed or anything nor did we feel pressured to hurry up. We were just told by the front of house that we would be in and out well before 10, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the experience wasn't terrible. I would give it another try, but this experience left much more to be desired.

my boyfriend offered to drive a long way out to get me some range rattlers on v-day cause I was tired and had a long day at work and I’m coocoo for them 😅 but when he got to the car they where soggy so I told him to just go back in there and have them remake it and they said they did but I’m pressure they just threw them back in the frier cause I was a fry cook for a while and i no the difference… and they tasted like oil and they were flavorless and just fell apart on me… very disappointing was really looking forward to them 🥴🤷♀️

Service was great! However my food was cold but my husbands was fine. No, I didn’t send it back because we didn’t want to wait any longer. My main complaint is Please please please put your desserts in a different fridge!!! We got carrot cake and cheesecake to go and they tasted like onion! That’s the second time it’s happened shame on me for trying again. The desserts could be phenomenal if they didn’t taste like onion!

I took my mother here for her birthday. When we first walked in, I was a little thrown off by how both the host seemed to be bothered by the fact that we even walked in. We sat at the bar, greeted by Keith(the nice gentleman behind the bar)with a warm smile and a welcoming face. His service was above and beyond. His service was perfect, from the drink orders and apps, all the way to dessert and us having to say our goodbyes. As someone who has been in the service industry for 15+years, I was learning from him and finding myself intrigued with how he would treat other guest. He was solid through and through. He made it such a great experience for my mothers birthday dinner. We didn’t even tell him it was for her birthday and he still treated us like it was a special day. My mother got a filet, and I got the ribeye. Both were phenomenal! My mom even said it was one of the best steaks she’s ever had. Don’t even get me started on those crab cakes, they are amazing! Anyways, if you go here, sit at the bar and ask for Keith, and make sure you leave with a piece of that homemade carrot cake!

I got the steak and shrimp meal, about 1 hour after I got food poisoning. I asked for well done, and my steak was dark pink, and the shrimp also had a weird uncooked texture. Other than that, service and atmosphere was good.

We went for dinner on Thursday January 16th and sat at the bar with Kori as our server/bartender. She was extremely helpful with the menu since this was my first time here and the selections were amazing. She stayed upbeat for our entire dinner, made sure our drinks never went out, and had the best small talk while we waited. If I didn’t love out of state I’d come back to have her as my server. 10/10 service. Thank you Kori.

We came for my husband's birthday he had the porterhouse steak with rice medium rare. It was cooked to perfection 👌. I had the atlantic salmon with asparagus. Both were very salty. The salmon was dry. I left most on the plate. I was very disappointed. As an appetizer we had the small shrimp cocktail , very large shrimp 🍤. Excellent taste. Also received gluten free bread, house made and fantastic. So delicious. I almost forgot the potato soup I had, we'll maybe better forgotten.
