Logan's Roadhouse

The last time we went to logans was over a year ago. We were so dissatisfied that we vowed never to come back. Today... we tried it again I am very pleased to say that they have improved in almost every way. The only critique is that the seats are worn and have holes in them and the steak is a little fatty .... but it also tasted very very good. I recommend the Hawaiian strip as pictured. Wife had the teriyaki salmon. Well done. Also the peach mango tea in the large main jar..... loved it!

Ordered through Door Dash, Twisted Tenders! Couldn't find this location for the life of me until I figured out it was inside Logan‘s roadhouse. Apparently this is one of their ghost restaurant concepts. start with the food absolutely delicious. The chicken tenders were crunchy and perfectly battered on the outside. The inside was juicy and tender and very tasty. I got the sauces, blue cheese and honey mustard and they were absolutely amazing. I did not order the barbecue sauce because it was five dollars on the app , but when I got to the restaurant they gave me some for free and they absolutely assured me it’s not supposed to be five dollars so if you want barbecue sauce and you see that it’s five dollars wait till you get there don’t pay more than $.75 for the sauce. Service was outstanding. I met Gary the bartender while waiting for my food, as well as the kitchen manager, who came out and talked to me about the sauces and the chicken tenders. They were closing down, yet they talk to me, laughed with me and were very personable great people. atmosphere was great it’s Logan‘s roadhouse. Everybody loves it and again they were closing but I didn’t feel like they were closing. I still got the attention.

Jeremy is the best thing about the whole experience. Steak was not cooked correctly and manager just said sorry we are busy today. Been there several times and never been this bad. I understand being busy especially on a holiday but this was really bad. Jeremy saved the experience for sure and deserves a raise for being there 7 years

We were down in Bryant, Arkansas and wanted some steak. I'm nervous about ordering steak. We were welcomed warmly. Very clean restaurant. waiter was very nice. After having horrible queso at another restaurant the night before (I wrote a review) we tried again.Very good at this place. We order steaks. Everything was cooked very well, our flavored teas were even great. It's definitely a place I would go back to.

Where do I start. I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Mrs.Rachel & her staff. This past Sunday, February 25,2024 my family of 7 decided to go out to eat .Before going to Logan’s on Sunday. We tried a different restaurant. We stood there over 8 minutes, & NO ONE GREETED US. I’m so GLAD we decided to come to Logan’s. From the time we walked in, until the time we walked out. They treated us like FAMILY!! Everything was AMAZING. Thanks again for EVERYTHING. We will be back 💙💙

This being the first and last time on1-1-24 @ 5 p.m. I want waiter I believe was Gary, he did his best. He's running around like a chicken with his head cut off. While waiting for our food that took every bit of 30-45 minutes to get. They did not have dr. Pepper. We ordered 2 burgers were flavorless and cardboard, fries cold, and macaroni cold, flavorless , and soggy, the only reason we ate is because we just got done working and we're starving!! The male manager stood in the door talking and on his phone the entire time. Being in restaurant industry as a area manager this was terrible and would not recommend at all. I engage with my guests and ask them how they're doing. Make sure everything is great and they enjoy not only the food; that the service and environment are great as well. Do better guys. I really try not to leave bad reviews but this was awful 😞

I don’t know where to start. I experienced, bar none, the absolute worst restaurant experience of my life. My biggest concern is the fact that raw sewage is on the floors of the restrooms that are right on the other side of the kitchen. The toilets were visibly gathering mold just below the handle. The old rotten limes should have been the first warning, the dust all over the back of the television above where I was seating had not been wiped off in years, nor had the wooden lattice work next to the bench that I was sitting in. When I addressed the issues with the manager about the restroom, another customer entered as was sickened by the smell and literally apologized to the manager for having to line the toilet seat with paper towels. The manager acknowledged the sewage issue saying that she has reported the issue to corporate on multiple occasions, but a plumber has yet to show. She had no excuse for the filthy restroom and claimed that the rotten limes were not going to be served because fresh ones were recently delivered. I don’t know why those were not served instead. I felt worse about the entire situation after speaking to the manager and I (as well as my guest) left in honest fear of being sick. We both tossed our left overs over this concern for our health, especially knowing that the kitchen was just on the other side of restrooms of raw sewage. I regret ever entering this Logan’s and have grave doubts about other locations if corporate cannot repair plumbing issues at this location.
