Bit of a hole in the wall feel to it, eclectic, lots of history and stuff on the walls. Really nice server and great service overall, but the food was just a little bit off on the night we went. The salads were oily and wilted. We tried the tamales and chili, just not our taste. They served us boiled potatoes even though the steak came with fries, but the potatoes were devoid of seasoning, so it was confusing. The steak was a bit greasy and overly charred for our taste. Maybe will try it again in the future.

Doe’s is truly one of a kind and I love everything about this place. The steaks here are life changing, best I’ve ever had in my life and it’s not even close. Well worth the 2 hour drive my wife and I make every other week.

As Little Rock as it comes. I first came here 18 years ago and it’s as good as I recall. When you ask your friend that lives in Little Rock what is the most LR establishment to try if you have one day in town - Doe’s is where it is at. My uncle in LA first introduced me to Does after the history the Clinton’s brought to this establishment. It’s a LR bucket list item, no doubt.

The food was a little too oily for our taste, but was definitely very tasty. I regret not trying their steak though. I’ll have to try next time we’re there. Overall a good experience.

We stopped in for our first time the other day for our friend's birthday. My burger was one of the best I've ever had, and my friend's steak looked great: had a nice crust on the outside. I like that they pan seared that filet instead of the open flame grill that you'd get at most chain steakhouses. Definitely recommend this place and will be returning soon.

This was my first time ever going. I've always heard they have awesome burgers, so I had to try it. THEY WEREN'T LYING. Delicious burger. The waiter was very good too. Fries are like David's without so much seasoning. Highly recommend. Will be back.

We had they most relaxing, tasty, and comfortable business lunch here today. My only regret is that I haven't been here before! A coworker and I were treated to lunch by our bosses, and she recommended this location. The other three of us had never been, so let her lead. We started with tamales and chili, which were FANTASTIC! Then we shared a family-style 3-pound porterhouse steak, cooked a fantastic medium. The service was fast yet not rushed. We had more than enough time to enjoy our lunch, and our glasses never went empty. I didn't try a burger, but after seeing many walk past us, they surely looked good and were very popular! The group ate for about $150 after a much-earned tip. I'll definitely return with my wife for lunch one day, but I am not sure we'd be comfortable in this part of town after dark.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! I've lived in Arkansas my whole life, and I FINALLY made it over here to THE Doe's Eat Place. So much good food here! The steak, the tamales with chili, and the catfish plate were what we had, and it was all so fantastic. Our server was kind and efficient even though it was busy. I can't wait to go back! Yummm!Yummy! 😍
