My adult son and had a really good lunch at Colton’s in Sedalia. I had 7 good sized grilled shrimp on rice serviced with butter sauce and a huge house salad. My son had grilled chicken served on rice, and a large baked potato. Everything was delicious. Our server was prompt, courteous and there when needed. All in all a very good experience.

My Father, stepmom and I went to Colton's in Mountain Home Arkansas the other day and it was absolutely one of the worst experiences I or my Family have ever had. The waiter didn't care about customer service. We all ordered what we wanted to to eat. we ordered an appetizer which we never received. It was was removed from the bill it took well over an hour for the food to arrive and it was cold. The meal was totally unacceptable but my father paid for it anyway. He became ill before we got Home. He has lung cancer and not eating is not a good thing for him. My temper rose and I finally told the waiter that we were hungry and people who came in 30 minutes after us had been served. I asked for a refill of my unsweetened tea. What he brought me was so filled with sugar I almost vomited. The waiter told me me to not worry about any of it.i think that Colton's should refund the money to my father. We Will not be eating there ever again.

As a server for the Rogers AR. location, I wanted to warn people that this place is nasty. The cooks eat out of customers plates while they are being prepared for the customers. Russell, the managers son, Logan would put his fingers in the plates and eat off of them shortly before serving the public with the same plates. food would be dropped on the floor and still served to the public. Not one person wore gloves. Their hands would be touching everyone's food all day long without washing. These cooks would be pouring sweat all day and using their hands. The managers would also use their bare hands. If two side dish's had the same item and one was short, they would dip their bare hands in that plated to put on the other. Their hands would usually have remnants of other food on them while they would do this. My husband and I refuse to eat there anymore.

Today I had probably the worst meal I have ever had. It was at Coltons in Muskogee, OK. I had a chicken fried steak that after a few bites decided it was tainted or spoiled. The French fries were so salty they were terrible. I will say this about Coltons, I won't be back!

This was the worst Colton’s I have ever eaten at!! The service was horrible and the food was terrible!!!!! This steak was supposed to be medium well and this is what I got! I swear it was dripping in blood and still moving! Jonesboro Arkansas Colton’s in the worst!

The music was so loud, we had to yell to give our order to the waiter. Was told it could not be turned down. We will not be back. There are tooo many restaurants to chose from who want to please the customers
